Walking distance, only metres away from local restaurants, West field, Botanical Gardens and the Geelong water front.
This spacious double story townhouse has rear lane access and remote lockable double car garage, you can be assured you will not have the hassle or cost of parking.

The property has self check in with lock box, for convenience of checking in at a time that suits.

This house is light filled and warm with comfortable living, only steps from local attractions.

The property features 3 bedrooms.
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, a single person spa and double shower.

The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony over looking the courtyard.

Bedroom 2 contains 2 king single beds.

Bedroom 3 downstairs contains 1 Queen bed with separat toilet

The kitchen is fully self contained with open plan living area, opening out to a private court yard and bbq area. The loung also contains a double sofa bed providing sleeping arrangements for a total of 8 people

Our court yard is fully landscaped overlooking a large water feature.
Perfect for a BBQ and entertaining.

Guests have access to entire town house except for certain draws and cupboards with locks.

A group of us stayed at this house for to nights. It is so convenient and close to the Geelong CBD. The house was very clean and plenty of beds for all of us. The owner responded to my messages very quickly and she was lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us :)

We didn’t need the car, the location was 5 stars!

We had a fabulous time away. Being able to walk everywhere made it so easy with a toddler as we didn’t need to drag her in and out of the car. The house was spacious and comfortable and Amanda was extremely easy to deal with.

Location, Location!

Great location for exploring Geelong as the property is in walking distance to the CBD, foreshore and botanic gardens. Malop st is very central, a bit loud at times with motorcycles or car hoons but overall a good place to stay with a group of 5 or more who like to explore but also have some downtime in a comfortable environment.
