Wonderful stay!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robin’s home. The little welcome touches were lovely. We enjoyed building a fire and playing a few competitive rounds of Yahtzee next to it. It was such a close distance to town! We’d love to stay here again :) oh and we absolutely loved the heated bathroom!

Nice little vacation spot

Robin’s rental is a perfect little spot super close to everything. Was visiting the area for a wedding and so glad I found Robins rental.

Incredible week!

We had an amazing time at Robin’s rental! Everything was just as described and so delightful. She left us some welcoming gifts that were most appreciated after a long day in the car. If we had any questions she answered them for us right away. The property is an easy 10 minute car ride to everything - the beach, downtown KPT, and Bradbury Brothers Market. We cannot wait to return again soon. Thank you so much!

Great short stay close to harbor

Nice accommodation connected to main house in quiet neighborhood just 1/2 mile from Kennebunkport harbor. We biked right from the property and walked into town each evening for dinner. AC in the bedroom was appreciated!

The Best!

What a lovely property. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of town, and wonderful accommodations--spacious, cute and comfortably furnished, immaculate--so much more than we could have anticipated. Robin is a fabulous host--no detail was overlooked and we were touched by the beautiful card and lovely note and welcome gifts that greeted us. It was the perfect start to our fabulous vacation in Maine!

Great choice for Kennebunkport stay

Although our stay in Kennebunkport was brief (only 2 days), Robin's home proved to be a great option, one that I would highly recommend. The location is a nice, quiet neighborhood about a mile or less from downtown shops and restaurants, even less to the municipal lot which is convenient and easier than battling traffic and parking in town at peak times. The unit is quite nice, comfortable and inviting. Robin provided clear communications regarding the property, access, etc., and was a most welcoming host, going above and beyond with helpful information and thoughtful local treats. All in, a very favorable experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to reconnect with Robin when next in the Kennebunkport area.

Wonderful stay!!

What a beautiful place to stay in Kennebunkport. Robin was such a wonderful host! Our check in process was so easy and upon arrival we had treats waiting…the famous whoopie pies, a bottle of sparkling wine and even an adorable canvas Maine tote bag. In the fridge she already had fresh creamer for our morning coffee and waters. Her place is spacious and more beautiful than the photos show. The forest view is so tranquil from the outdoor couch, bedroom or kitchen table. We felt as if we had a whole house as the downstairs kitchen is quite big, and the upstairs bedroom is huge and included a very comfortable queen bed, pull out couch and nook bed just outside the bedroom. The bathroom was also very large with a gorgeous bathtub looking out on the forest. When we arrived it was quite hot for Maine but Robin had made sure our spaces were cooled with fans and air conditioning. If you want to ride the short mile to town, she has 2 bikes! Go yo the beach? There are chairs, boogie boards , toys and an umbrella. Although we didn’t use them, there’s a beautiful bbq on the large back deck as well as a fire pit with wood ready to go. Highly recommended! Thanks again Robin!

Peaceful serenity

We enjoyed our stay at this out of the way property. It was so wonderful to come back to the peaceful surroundings after a busy day of being a tourist. The house had everything we could need and the upstairs bedroom and reading nook was delightful with a gorgeous view. Would definitely stay here again.

Dream stay!

We loved our stay in a beautiful and peaceful residential neighbourhood of Kennebunkport. The bedroom was so spacious and with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a forest for complete privacy. The daybed reading nook was super sweet. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. It's a 20-minute walk to downtown and a 40-minute walk to the beach. We really appreciated the whoopie pies, bottled water, wine and souvenir Robin left for us - what amazing hospitality!

Three Day Vacay

This location is on a quiet street, has a beautiful back patio surrounded by flowers and trees and is private and relaxing. Perfectly located with easy access to Kennebunkport Dock Square and a short driving distance to the three Kennebunkport beaches as well as Cape Porpoise and Goose Rocks Beach. Our host was welcoming and helpful and offered bicycles and beach chairs for our stay. The rental was clean and well stocked with all you might need. I am sure you will enjoy your stay at this location.

Best Rental Experience I've Ever Had!

Everything was perfect. The place was even better IRL than the listing. It was spotless, charming, in a great neighborhood...and the extra touches from Robin were just so thoughtful & greatly appreciated. We would 1,000% stay here again! In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, there were bikes to use & beach equipment/toys. We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck & fire pit. It was simply perfect!

Lovely, peaceful, easy to get to

We stayed three nights at Robin’s VRBO. It had everything we needed, was very clean, spacious, lots of room to park, easy stairs to take luggage up, huge bedroom area with lots of windows looking out upon beautiful forest behind house. Lots of cute decor, loved, loved ! the book selection upstairs. One request we had was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend. Very pretty, private neighborhood. Kennebunkport lots of fun- enjoyed Rugosa Lobster tour. Easy 40 minute drive to Portland. It was first mother- daughter trip and stay was great !

Great location

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful landscaping. Robin is an excellent host, she makes sure that her guests have everything they need for a great stay. My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend, and it's a quick drive to dock square. We came back from dinner and were able to meet Robin, who was hanging more lights to make sure we were safe walking in the rain. Robin was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, leaving a gift for my birthday and a gift for my son. The first night I made sure to save the information for her home to come back, with hopefully some better weather, to enjoy the beautiful patio and fire pit. We also enjoyed playing board games at night, and Robin's collection is unmatched! Thank you, Robin, for your hospitality!

Pretty relaxing stay in beautiful area

The place was adorable and was perfect for our stay. They had bikes which we used to bike in the neighborhood whoch led to a creek and a quaint 1800’s cemetery. The owner has thought of everything to help your stay be great. Loved this place. Hopefully will return!

Fabulous Stay!

My daughter and I stayed at Robins place during our annual getaway. She has created a truly welcoming experience. The home is spotless with so many little extras. A welcome bag greeted us with Whoopie pies, caps and a personal note. There were umbrellas, rain ponchos, bikes and beach equipment available to use. She has a gorgeous deck with a fire pit and grill and encourages guests to use. Notes throughout the home made our stay so easy. Upon opening the fridge we found bottled water and cream for morning coffee. There was also coffee pods. Robin has thought of everything! She is located in a lovely wooded area, and we were easily able to walk to and from town (less than a mile). This is a place that should not be missed! 10 stars for Robin!!!
