Modern, large house with swimming pool and barbecue, located in the condominium Angra de Ipioca, the same one that gives access to the Beach Club Hibiscus, in the beach of Ipioca.
The space
The house has 2 floors, the first floor (ground floor) has ramps for wheelchair access.
The outdoor area is large with landscaped garden and a beautiful pool with waterfall and whirlpool, and next to it, a space with barbecue and pizza oven.
Inside the house, on the ground floor, are two suites, a living room with toilet, dining room and an equipped kitchen.
On the first floor you will find an anteroom with balcony and two further bedrooms, the second with a spacious bathroom with bathtub.
All suites have air conditioning.
