Welcome to our home. I'm the design builder, owner of this estate next door to my boat shop and cottage on the bay. My wife and I live here year round. We are ready to help you have a great vacation, family get-together, holiday feast. I offer paddling and rowing lessons from premises, and extended tours in bay and ocean.
Why they chose this property
This estate is on a private sandy road in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on the Shinnecock Bay. We are a mile from the Ocean over the Ponquogue Bridge. Visit our new Pavilion on Fire Island, the Shinnecock Inlet, and Marina for dining or fishing. Down Town Hampton Bays is also near, a mile to shopping, movie theater, restaurants, the LIRR train station.
What makes this property unique
This estate is just West of the Shinnecock Canal, on Long Island, the last stop in Southampton before the summer traffic begins off Sunrise Highway. We have everything you may need for a quiet vacation. Quick access to the Bay and the Ocean, walking, biking and parking. The heated indoor pool with built in hot tub is unique and beautiful. The house is dressed up and finished in furniture-quality hardwood lumber. Check out the pictures. There is room in the yoga studio with air mattresses for extra family members.
