Take a few steps down to your next surprise....the lower level is an entertainer's delight featuring a large gas fireplace, media room, wet bar, pool table, and a half bath. Need to get away? Two private bedrooms are located downstairs as well as a full bath. If that's not enough, head outside to a piece of paradise. Who comes to Colorado for the indoors? Your favorite space is sure to be relaxing in this outdoor oasis. Gather around the huge gas fire pit or relax on the bigger than life patio with night lighting. How about a game of hoops? Beautiful house and great amenities

This house was perfect for our girls weekend in Colorado Springs. The home was fully stocked with all of the amenities. It is beautiful a home with a great backyard space. We loved having a pool table and games available. It’s close to the new venue for the concert we were attending as well.

Family fits!

We were in the Springs for a family reunion. Family from all over the country. This house was perfect to fit 11 of us comfortably!! It was a great layout for all of us to hang out and not feel crowded. The backyard is ideal for visiting ❤️

Softball in Colorado

It was a comfortable home. It was well supplied . The kids really enjoyed having space . The microwave did not work and one of the rooms a/c didn’t work but we still enjoyed our time their and appreciated the home

Academy View

A lovely house on a hill, in a quiet court, with a view of the Cadet areas and mountain range, from the front porch. The gas fire pit and seating in the back patio was a delightful place for the family to gather in the evening.

Beautiful Home!!

This house is very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and would often see deer as we drove in and out. Conveniently located to the Air Force Academy an easy 25 minute ride into Manitou Springs. The beds were comfortable. The Queen bed room down stairs has the window covered which does not allow light in which could be problematic for someone who is claustrophobic this could be a problem. The out door space is super and the views of Pikes Peak from the living area are beautiful. I would highly recommend this property .

Great location

Three adults and 5 children stayed here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was good. About 30 min to manitou springs/garden of the gods, and 1.5 hours to Royal Gorge. Quiet neighborhood with a grocery store 5 min away. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was not a shortage of towels. We enjoyed the pool table inside and fire pit outside. My son loved that basketball hoop outside. We would have liked the snow to have been cleared off the back porch/basketball court as it was frozen and we were unable to scoop it. We had to walk through snow to get to the fire pit. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this house again.

A large home with lots of room for the family. Great location in north Colorado Springs in a quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard. The garage is not available for parking, so you may want to consider that if that's important to you, based on the time of year.

Family Vacation

The house was amazing, room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We spent so much time in the kitchen/living area as a group - just relaxing and talking and the sights we took in. Every morning some of us were outside enjoying coffee, even caught some wildlife in the yard. Quick drive to all of our destinations, we would highly recommend to others visiting the area.

USAFA Graduation

We had a blend of friends and family who came out for the USAFA graduation. Master bathroom was great especially for elderly relative. Enjoyed the pool table and outside seating areas. We cooked most meals and would have appreciated more silverware and glassware - we ran out often and had to run the dishwasher or hand wash to meet the needs of our group. Plenty of plates and bowls (so why do few glasses and so little silverware?) and fairly well equipped with pots, pans and bakeware. Would have liked to be able to recycle. We had a ton of recyclables and hated to throw so much away. Also, had a lot of leftover food and were told not to leave anything in the refrigerator, so there too had to throw a lot away. Found a neighbor who took some of it. For the next guests, they will be happy with the spices and oils we left behind! Good house for a group, location ideal for graduation activities and the size of our group.

Good not Great!

The overall accommodations were satisfactory. The house and location were good. However, the cleanliness and attention to detail needs some work. Every item you could think of was near empty, the detergent, the dish washing liquid, paper towels, etc. I had to make a run to the store to purchase some basic items. There was hair from the last stay throughout the master bedroom, and the trash was so full I had two leave two bags in the house. Food was left in the refrigerator from the last guest. For the price paid I expected better. I’ve had better and paid a lot less. But on a good note, the owner left two new heaters for use. We use them and they worked great. That was a kind gesture they didn’t have to do.

Great for family Christmas 2022

California, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Colorado members came together to celebrate Christmas. Since our son and his family live around the corner, the location provided the space for the 9 adults and two little ones that couldn’t fit in his home. The unique layout allowed for multiple activities and quiet corners that were perfect for the various ages and interests of our family. Good kitchen equipment and comfortable bedding, the lit Christmas tree was a thoughtful provision With temperature at -15, we were cozy but would have been thankful for the use of the garage. All in all a very nice accommodation for the holiday.

Incredible property, wonderful hosts

Our experience at this property was nothing less than outstanding. The hosts were extremely accommodating when we requested to host a small event at the home after our venue cancelled on us. They even allowed us to change our trip dates and extend our stay. The whole process of booking, altering the booking, checking in, and out we’re completely seamless. Amazing, clean home and wonderful hosts. Will absolutely stay again during our next trip to Colorado Springs!!

Great Location Just Outside USAFA North Gate

Spacious place in a great neighborhood close to USAFA’s North Gate. Friends and I came into town to go to the Falcons Football game. My friends are CSU grads/fans, and I’m a Falcons fan having played in the late ‘90’s. Was great to see them win!

Early Thanksgiving Gathering

Perfect gathering home for an early Thanksgiving dinner with family from Oregon and Colorado. We put the kitchen through the paces! It was well supplied with pots/pans/bowls/burners and two ovens. There was even a formal set of dishes for the table! Enjoyed watching football and playing pool, and took family pictures in the spacious backyard. Lovely home with plenty of space and amenities.

Great property

We were so impressed with this property! I am a superhost so I know what yo look for. The attention to detail was superior--even had caps on the top of the stakes on the new trees. It was beautifully decorated. We played basketball, threw the football, played cards, enjoyed the firepit, watched the deer, rabbits and squirrels run through the yard, cooked meals and loved our time together. The beds were comfortable and the spaces were quite sufficient. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Fun

We had 4 adults and 4 teenage children stay for our last minute trip to Colorado Springs! It was a great location, clean, plenty of room inside and outside, & exceeded our expectations. We visited during August when it was mid 90’s each day and the rooms downstairs were plenty cool during the nights when the windows were opened. We will be back!
