One event with up to 40 guests is included in the booking price.

There is an additional $40 per person charge for guest counts between 41 and 80. The extra charge will be added to the booking as an additional payment.

Our newly renovated event space is the perfect canvas for your next event. The space includes a wall of glass doors that retract and provide seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Our built-in bar area and bar tending services will keep your guests spirits high.

The Estate:
The Whispering Oaks Estate offers a stunning overnight stay for up to 25 guests in the Texas Hill Country. The Estate is nestled on over 50 acres of gorgeous ranch land with an abundance of Texas Oak trees and wildlife.

This French Colonial Equestrian Home is comfortably furnished with elegant farmhouse finishes. The custom chefs kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay, and so beautiful that you'll never want to leave. The large outdoor area includes a fenced in pool, hot tub and pool side cabana for year-round enjoyment.

* ALL cars must park in the parking lot during the event.

Amazing experience!

We had a wonderful stay and wedding. Porsha was so incredibly helpful throughout our planning process and made sure to stay in constant communication during our weekend. The venue was perfect for our small family wedding and family weekend. The house was comfortable for our group of 25 and we loved our weekend.

Our Dream Wedding

My partner and I were looking for a spot to host our family for a few days and have a small wedding ceremony and reception- we wanted all our people and the events to be in one place. This ended up being the perfect location, and we were so pleased with how everything went! Communication with the property manager was easy, quick, and they were so helpful in helping us to create the experience we wanted. The home and event venue were spacious enough for our group to be comfortable and have fun together! I can't say enough good things about our experience. We had a great time, and I hope this home is still available in the years to come, so we can do it all over again!

Wedding weekend

I am not sure if there is enough text space to say all the good things I want to say about the property and their management. They were very helpful and responsive from the first day we contacted them. We live in Houston, and were planning a wedding at the property, so we had a lot of questions as we were making plans, and without us being there - had to rely on them to answer. They were always responsive and worked to get us exactly what we wanted and needed. The vision of the couple was a beautiful, peaceful place that the whole wedding party could stay all weekend to relax and enjoy each other and then an outdoor ceremony without having to move from place to place. This property fit that vision perfectly. The beauty of the property is obvious. The set up and easy transition from "hanging out" space to "wedding" space saved so much time. We had a few hiccups in plans due to colder than anticipated temps and a county burn ban, but the property managers worked with us and hard for us to get us what we needed. They went above and beyond and made a trip to the Fire Marshal's office to ask questions when they didn't get a call back quickly, so that we all understood our alternatives. The logistics of the wedding, the cocktail area, the reception area and the lodging areas could not have been better. Every single person in a wedding party said it was the best, most relaxed and beautiful wedding they had been to. On wedding day as the girls were inside getting ready, it was fun to see the guys out by the pool watching college football and just relaxing on the grounds. The Astros were in the world series, so we got to watch them on the big screen the night before the wedding with our awesome smore's bar. They take pride in the perfection of the property and interior of the homes, but have manged to create a relaxed ambiance that makes it feel like home. I could not imagine a more perfect weekend. I can not recommend this property or this owner/management team enough. We can't wait to celebrate anniversaries with our combined families there.

Ourselves (Della and John) own a house in Spain and are usually there enjoying our retirement. Before we moved here we lived in Dripping Springs, TX where we worked as owners of a property management company consisting of mostly long term rentals. In 2017 we shifted our focus to Short Term Rentals(STRs) and sold the majority of our investment houses and turned the remaining home(s) into STRs which we manage with the help of our niece and newphew (Josh & Porsha).
