The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed, TV. Excellent ocean view from the terrace. There is the best beach in El Duque zone just in 50 meters. The complex is situated between the prestigious El Duque area and small fishing town La Caleta. In a walking distance there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a large commercial center. Max occupancy 3 adults and a child. The complex has an adult and a children's swimming pool. There is no shortage of sun beds by the poolside and the gardens are excellently maintained.

The cost includes linen/towels, final cleaning, electrical and water usage.

If you check in between 21:00 and 8:00 you must pay additionally 50 euros.
