Freeways 15, 163, 52, 8, and 805 are easily accessed within five minutes of this centrally located home. Tierrasanta, a small, well established, quiet community,
has numerous hiking and biking trails as well as wildlife in the many surrounding canyons.

Large, private backyard with pool ( 5 ft. deep all around, unheated, but plenty warm April-October).*Please Note: the spa in picture is inoperable.
Beautiful City lights view can be enjoyed on the patio along with two gas BBQ grills.

This elegantly appointed home is in a secluded, quiet, cul de sac.

Perfect!
This San Diego home was a gem to find. We found it to be in a great location close to local grocery and restaurants and a short drive to lots of tourist spots. The extensive landscaping was beautiful and the large patio was enjoyed by all as we sat outside in the sunny weather each day. Rooms were tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. This lovely home is one you won’t regret renting. The owners were very attentive and easy to contact.

WONDERFUL HOME
We stayed in this very nice home for three weeks and enjoyed every day of it. The owners were terrific. The home was so comfortable and amazingly well equipped. Literally everything we needed for meal preparation and to just relax was provided. We highly recommend this home for a pleasant stay in San Diego!

AWESOME Home away from home
It was super important to us to be close to my daughter whose husband is in military and they had just had our first grandchild. The location was perfect! Conveniently located to my family, grocery & local restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and felt like home away from home. The house itself was so comfortable with a feeling of luxury! The beds super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, was very clean & well maintained. The pool & patio area were amazing with the ability to satisfy the sun worshippers in addition to the shade finders. Downtown, Airport and local attractions just a short ride away. Great walkable area as well. SUPER IMPRESSED! Owners were VERY responsive with any questions. LOVED THIS HOME and would recommend 200%!!!

Perfect family home
We had a great time at this home! Everything we needed and more in kitchen bathrooms and even laundry room! We didnt get to use the pool but thats expected in October! Hot tub isnt in working condition and we would have loved that on the cool evenings but we was aware it dont work before we got there. The home was very clean and cozy! Nice relaxing time for us! Netflix on every tv and my grandson enhoyed this! Patio and view is amazing! Tracy made sure we had everything and even afford to let us stay an extra day if needed due to southwest cancelations! We didnt need it but was nice to know we had a place to stay if need be! Thanks Tracy for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

Just Amazing!!
We traveled to SD to visit our brand new granddaughter. We brought our parents and my son’s in-laws came in from Italy. This place was just perfect for a great family get together, and there was plenty of room for all to set down and enjoy each other’s company. Great kitchen for cooking! The Italian in-laws were impressed with everything they needed to put together great Italian meals! The owners are great, and have really thought of everything to make this house feel like home. Any issues or questions are quickly resolved. Just Amazing!

Perfect house for vacation.

Great house + great location + great pool + great owner = perfect vacation!!
What a great experience! Everything about the home is great. Our family stayed for a week to visit family in the area and attend a military graduation. What would have been a nice trip turned into a great trip thanks to a beautiful home and pool in a great location, but put over the top by the friendliness and support by the owner. Tracy made everything easy and carefree, and gave us great support and tips for the local area. We enjoyed it so much that if we travel back to San Diego, we will plan our trip around availability of this home. Thank you Tracy!

A Piece of Heaven in San Diego
We were looking for a large, family friendly, home in a quiet San Diego neighborhood, but close enough to everything that we could easily enjoy what SD has to offer. This home was PERFECT! As the name Tierrasanta reflects, this really was the land of the saints. We LOVED it! The home itself is on a quiet cul-de-sac with the beautiful back yard looking out at the lights of San Diego below. We were about 15-20 minutes away from all of the attractions in San Diego, including La Jolla, theme parks, downtown San Diego, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, etc. We even drove into the quaint little mining town of Julian for an afternoon (about 45 min away). No matter how busy we were during the day, it was amazing to come home to this beautiful home each night. The home itself is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of space (3 bedrooms, an office that doubles as an extra bedroom, and two bathrooms.) The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils and everything we needed for a whole week in San Diego. For the days we didn’t want to drive to anything in San Diego, there are markets and restaurants and great coffee shops (Industrial Grind) just a few minutes away. The giant TV in the living room was perfect for movies and sports. The owners are amazing, and so helpful. They helped us with recommendations for the area, and even catered to our specific needs (like a turkey roasting pan for Thanksgiving). We felt immediately like we were talking with friends or family, and not just a “property owner” as we’ve felt at other properties we have rented before. We even met some of the neighbors - and they were nice too!!! I truly can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay here. We will definitely be coming back to visit our “second home” in San Diego as soon as we have some time off. We want to thank the owners for a really perfect Thanksgiving vacation, in a beautiful home in Tierrasanta! Do yourself a favor - give yourself a piece of Heaven in San Diego! As for me and my family, we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!

The perfect home away from home!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this wonderful home! Thank you so much Tracy for going above and beyond to make sure we were settled and comfortable. She went out of her way to deliver an air mattress to accommodate us, and we really appreciated her wealth of advice and information about the area. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all the basic gadgets one would need to prepare meals. My kids loved the pool (despite it being too cold for us old folks.. haha). We wished that the hot tub was functioning, but perhaps we may get to return and use it someday! Thank you for making our trip a memorable one with allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!!!

Outstanding value for this great 3 bedroom home.
Working with Tracey, the property manager was an absolute pleasure and breeze from beginning to end. Speaking of breeze, the pool and shaded patio was a perfectly private space comfortably furnished which provided our family and friends endless hours of refreshing reconnection. The house was well-maintained and organized to perfection. We will be back and look forward to our next trip to visit our son living in the surrounding area. We are most grateful for this find and these trustworthy and gracious homeowners.

Excellent Family-friendly house and location!
This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for! Our boys loved the pool, that alone kept them happy and busy! The house comes stocked with plenty of things, had a ton of room, and we loved cooking in the kitchen there (it has any kitchen tool you might need). We also loved cooking food on the awesome grill there! Plenty of living space for 4 adults and 2 kids to be comfortable. The location of the house itself was also really great. The house is in a cul de sac and that made for a quiet and relaxed area. It was also about a half mile away from a strip mall with some stores and restaurants, which was really nice. Also not very far away from the other big San Diego area attractions. Tracy was really great at communicating with us, she stayed in contact regularly and was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place, and will probably look to see if it’s available the next time we plan a trip to Cali!

Tierrasanta dream rental
The process was so incredibly easy. The owner went out of her way to make sure the process was easy, to give us info on the town and surrounding areas and to make sure we were fully comfortable in the house. The home is very clean , updated and feels like home . Filled with toiletries which was great! Our two teen daughters loved laying out in the pool. We really enjoyed the patio in the mornings and evenings with an incredible view. The town of teirrasanta is absolutely beautiful and only 10 minutes from beautiful beaches

Home has been in our family for 30+ years and has been lovingly restored.
Tracy, retired from teaching, lives with her Contractor husband, Enrique (aka Rick), and their German Shepherd , most of the year in Northern Idaho.
We are recent empty nesters with two college age children. We look forward each year to escaping the cold, long, snowy winters of Idaho to enjoy the warm sunshine in San Diego.
We welcome long term occupants as well as short term visitors to San Diego.
Please note preference is given to 3-6 month long tenants.
