Beautifully and Elegantly remodeled estate new addition to the Temecula wine country vacation rentals…introducing the Belle Volte Estate!

Belle Volte is a gorgeous "One of a Kind" houses that can accommodate up to 10 guests. This amazing home is located off the De Portola Wine Trail and close to several of Temecula's top wineries and wedding locations. The Belle Volte Estate is privately gated property on almost 5 acres of serene land and surrounded by some of the most breath taking views of rolling hills, mountains, vineyards, and other high end luxury estates. Belle Volte has has a beautiful kitchen with Jenn-Air top of the line appliances and huge granite central island for entertaining. The kitchen is open to both the great room & dining room and over looks the stunning sparkling pool & spa with time stopping views all around! You can have a seat in the Great Room to enjoy a movie on a 55 inch flat TV or just enjoy the company with all of your party. Also on the 1st floor immediately when you walk into the front door is the 1st over sized Master Suite with a Cal King Bed, private bath. Off the side of the Kitchen there is a 2nd Main Floor suite that has a Cal King Bed, private bathroom. The high vaulted ceilings at the front entrance expose the curved elegant staircase that leads you to the second level of the estate. On the 2nd floor from the curved stairs not only is there a 3rd master suite with private bathroom, also there is a Bonus Loft Area that has a table, chairs, and couch to enjoy a board game or read a book. The loft has a balcony that over looks the sparkling pool, rolling hills, and vineyards. Passing through the double doors from the loft is our huge game room with pool table, game area, TV, Couch and even a private restroom! That's not all, this home has so large, it's got a 2nd set of stairs on the other side of the home that leads you to the 4th private suite that has it's own private entrance and private bathroom. This home allows you the space to enjoy the tranquility and soak in the peaceful feeling of the Temecula Wine Country Residents get to enjoy!

We can sleep up to 14 adults, possible more with children, please inquire. 10 people will all be very comfortable and with all the sqft of this home and large open rooms it can all be private as well! Great home for a Family Reunion or Celebration or a great gather spot for friends as well! Travel into our backyard to the pool/spa that has all the best views! Our home is just minutes from Wineries such as Cougar, Leoness, Gershon Bacus, Wilson Creek, Doffo and more! Belle Volte Estate is 15 minutes from the freeway and just 10 minutes into the City of Temecula.

Belle Volte is a prefect home for a large group to come and enjoy each other! The open floor plan of the Great Room, Kitchen & Dining Room allow your party to comfortably be all together but the separate Suites and game room also give you all the room needed to stretch out and enjoy the quiet time.

Things to know about Belle Volte Estate, pool heating is an additional fee. We do include hot tub usage with the stay unless the usage is excessive and guests do not turn it off after use and costs are higher than what would be a normal usage. Pool Heating fee's are calculated off the amount of propane gas used to heat the pool. The Spring & Summer months it is more reasonable price but the winter month's the fee is high due to high gas prices and the large amount of gas needed to keep pool heated. Please contact us for a quote to add pool heating to your stay.

Great time in Temecula

This was a great property! However make sure to fully read the listing I had to talk with the manager multiple times to confirm hot tub usage and fees! End of the day she was very accommodating and we were able to use the hot tub as its stated in the listing included just don't leave it on overnight. It didn't work for the first few hours of our stay, but Stephanie made sure to get some pool people out there to fix it! Shout out to Anthony and Jack who were awesome! Also the cots are not the best so if you plan to have peopleSleep in them we'd suggest an airbed but the rest of the rooms were so comfy and there is no lack of bathrooms which is nice! We'd definitely come back!

Loved the location and the layout of the house. Needs a little updating (furniture, paint, etc). Kitchen nicely stocked. Too cold for the pool during our visit but loved the hot tub.

February Birthday Stay

Everything was quite lovely. The barbecue grill needs repairing. one of the burners was out and wouldn't heat up enough to grill. Also owner should put in water heating pumps. Wasted a lot of water waiting for water to heat up, especially in kitchen. Dish washer wouldn't run properly unless we ran water in sink to get it hot before running dishwasher. Outside light bulbs need replacing in back.

Generous sized bedrooms with rollaway beds provides flexibility for an extended family gathering. Large kitchen was great for preparing meals and game room/garage provided some indoor activities with billiards, foosball, and ping pong. Multiple social areas indoors and outdoors. Double fenced backyard good area for dogs during the day.

50th celebration party

Spacious enough for the 10 of us. Love the kitchen layout- very open and plenty of seating at the bar area. They were lacking frying pans, dishwashing pods, and a can opener but host was able to provide after being notified. The carpet isn't pristine and there were old stains on it- could probably be updated and replaced to lighten up the place. Views were super nice but be warned, there are no umbrellas outside on the pool deck and the only real shade is under the porch area, which is very large. I really wished the owners would invest in some umbrellas-- I was somewhat local, so I hauled two of mine in because I was informed ahead of time. Overall, it is a very nice home and the rooms are huge- plenty of roll away beds if you need them. (Not the most comfortable, but they did the job) We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could all sit at the same dining table and be together in the open kitchen. No one felt like they were on top of each other. There is an extra fridge in the garage which was very helpful.

Very nice property, rooms are huge with lots of space each with their own private bathroom. Kitchen is gorgeous, especially if you want to entertain. It’s the perfect set up. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Got to watch the full moon come up over the canyon and watch it from the hot tub. It was perfect.

Fantastic Property

We cannot say enough good things about this property!!! Each of the 4 king suites is so quiet that you will not hear anyone in the other suites (we had two children under 2). The layout is conducive to group events like playing games and watching movies. The kitchen is excellent, as is the grill and fire pit (we cooked a lot and made smores). There are two refrigerators (one in the garage). The pool is wonderful as is the connected spa. Great view into a valley. There are so many wineries in the area (we did several) and great Texas BBQ at the Swing Inn Cafe. Costco, WINCO, and Baron's are all nearby. We also went to St Catherine of Alexandria Parish for Sunday mass (very convenient). The property owners were so easy to work with. I cannot imagine anyone who would not love this property. Book it!!

Stay for a destination wedding in Temecula

Property is exactly as described. Check in process was easy (even in the midst of a delayed arrival due to CrowdStrike outage). House was very spacious and clean, view is spectacular, and pool was very nice and large with lots of room to sit in and around it. Plenty of pool towels and extra bath towels. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house and great location! just needed a few more spoons? and the can opener needs to be replaced, hard to open cans. Next door neighbor started using a tractor at 6:45 am on Monday , so that was a little annoying.

Fantastic getaway

This was a birthday girls trip. The views were amazing. The accommodations were amazing and we were able to sit in the Jacuzzi during the day for a bit and look at the beautiful landscape around us. We had a fabulous time. I would rent this property again, I give it five stars.

Perfect extended family retreat

We had a multi-generational family retreat at this home that consisted of four couples ranging in age from their 20’s to their 80’s and it was perfect! The four bedrooms were well spaced out so everyone felt like they had their own space and privacy. Plenty of bathrooms, too. The kitchen was amazing - spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. We experienced one minor maintenance issue, but were able to quickly communicate with the property manager and have it resolved during our trip.

This property is absolutely incredible. The view and backyard is outstanding, especially at night. The inside of the house itself is a bit dated with exception of the kitchen. A refresh with new furniture would do wonders. Overall very enjoyable based on location and proximity to wineries alone.

Great property in Wine Country

A great property with 4 very separate King bedrooms with baths. Each bedroom is very private and far enough away from the others (and the large central living space) that you can sleep while the others are playing.

Beautiful house amazing views!!

We were there for my 60th birthday celebration. We had 8 adults and 2 children. The rooms are very roomy each one with a full bath. The kitchen was amazing for cooking meals while everyone can hang out and enjoy their time in the open great room and dinning room. Game room upstairs was lots of fun. Pool and spa was wonderful as well with amazing views of beautiful Temecula. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Stephanie for being there for us all the way through the booking to time of check in.

Incredible!

We absolutely loved this house. The location makes you feel like you are staying in a villa in Tuscany. The house was perfect for our family of 7. There was so much space not to mention four en-suite bedrooms. The pool and spa were lovely. Stephanie responded quickly to my questions. Girls weekend in the wine country

This property is spacious, well appointed and absolutely gorgeous. View from the pool is like a painting of Tuscany. Everyone had privaacy in their bed/bath suites and there was ample space and seating for all to gather inside and outside.

Temecula family reunion

This location exceeds description and photos. Has amazing views of hills and neighborhood with great landscapes palm trees , fruit trees and grape vines. Enough parking, fenced yard for kids to enjoy. Each of our family has enough Space to relax. We love cooking and the kitchen with six burners was excellent. The pool and jacuzzi is so relaxing. We did not want to leave. It’s a definite return.

We are local Orange Country Residents that have come to love the Temecula Area and its beautiful wine country. Although we cannot permanently move to the area just yet, this is definitely our dream home and looking forward to spending time with families and friends here to build everlasting memories. The beautiful estate is tucked away from all the business and its tranquility with ever lasting view is truly a piece of haven on earth. We would like to share this amazing experience with all of the friends and families visiting Temecula and therefore, we have teamed up with an experienced excellent local Vacation Rental Management Company to share our home with you.

Why they chose this property

The open floor plan of the Kitchen, Great Room, and Dinning Room is just what we were looking for. With our children growing up and moving away, this will be a great gathering place to bring everyone back home and really enjoy family time comfortably. We also loved that all the 4 bedrooms where all totally disconnected from each other with own private bathrooms for privacy or alone time! The Game Room is huge and perfect for the children and teenagers….we could not believe how big it is! the incredible view and its peaceful feeling are just what we were looking for in our second home.

What makes this property unique

The location is just prefect, located on a private street with beautiful estate homes and many with there own private vineyards. We felt like we were in another world!!! So quiet and peaceful!!! This home not only can house our big family, but also provides you such a good feeling that relax your body and soul! Although we are not big wine drinkers ourselves, we are just 5 minutes away from all of the 45 different wineries Temecula Wine Country has to offer. If you are attending a wedding or another event in the Temecula Wineries, our home is so close to them all!

Because of its amazing and breath taking views in the back yard, we added a swimming pool to make it irresistible to just float in the pool during hot summer days or soaking in the hot tub admiring ever shining stars at nights! This amazing home guarantees a beautiful time and will be very hard to leave!!!
