Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment for rent, a living room and a kitchen american type, with two bathrooms. The total aria - 120 m2. This is a very warm, quiet and welcoming complex. The apartment has a BIG Terassa situate on the second floor. The cost includes linen/towels, final cleaning, electrical and gas usage. We also have other apartments of similar characteristics available to rent.

You need also to pay the security deposit from the card in arriving day (300 euros or the equivalent in another currency) which is to be returned to you during 7 days after your check-out day.

Note:

CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 17:00 AND CHECK OUT TIME IS TILL 11:00

If you check in between 21:00 and 8:00 you must pay additionally 50 euros.

Perfect property in ideal position

A spacious property in an excellent and well maintained complex. The pool was stunning and well equipped with umbrellas and sun beds and close to the property. The property was well equipped. The large balcony was an added bonus. The beach and a number of supermarkets were a short walk away. There were bus stops for the local buses opposite the complex.

Für 4 Personen zu klein

Die Vermieterin haben wir nicht gesehen. Es kam jemand zur Schlüsselübergabe. Das Appartement macht auf den Fotos einen besseren und größeren Eindruck als er tatsächlich ist. Die Ausstattung ist für 4 Personen zu wenig. Wir mussten gleich am ersten Tag der Ankunft einkaufen gehen (Klopapier...). Auf der Terrasse ist ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Sehr eng schon für 4 Personen. Es gibt 2 alte Liegestühle, auf die man sich lieber nicht legen möchte. Nachts stört der Straßenlärm. Die Lage zum Strand und Restaurants und die Anlage mit Pool sind Top.
