Beach front living! First floor - steps to the beach! Floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom, offers unparalleled panoramic views of the gulf. Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils needed. 3 swimming pools.

This is a beautiful condo vacation home on the first floor. Walk out to the deck and beach. Large windows with panoramic views of the ocean. Bright and beachy, private internet, 3 pools, exercise room, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis etc.

The kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home (and then some!) You will love staying here - Right on the beach!

Recently renovated with great upgrades, bright and clean! Walk in tile shower with ceiling waterfall option or wall shower. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Comfortable living room furniture with queen sofa bed. Large 55" flat screen TV with tons of channels in living room and another flat screen tv in the bedroom. Our guests enjoy free wi-fi service. Bedroom has king bed, comfy linens, and large ceiling fans. Bathroom is large and clean with walk in tile shower complete with rainfall shower head option. All linens/towels are provided for your stay - including beach towels!

This unit is a walk out to the deck with 3 pools in the complex. Grills are just steps away. We also offer a fitness/exercise facility with recently resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts on site.

Cozy beachfront condo! You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. You’ll love the amazing views - sunsets over the Gulf. The updated space has new stainless steel appliances, sleeper sofa, mattress, bedding, high top dining table and more! The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). On the 1st floor -easy access to beach & pool!

A wonderful cozy space for couples, and getaway weekends! Freshly updated and renovated - new bed, fresh paint, bright and clean! Patio with sunset views over the Gulf.

Sunbird has a gated entrance for your security, and is also gated out to the beach so your kids can't wander off and no one can wander in! This family-oriented complex is located on 500 ft of beach-front sugar white sand and emerald water. Beach renourishment was just completed and the beach looks great!

Seasonal beach service included with rental (a set of loungers and an umbrella; March - October) Additional discounts for beach activities available as well!

You will be close to just about everything in PCB - State parks, shopping, art and culture are all nearby. The central location on the beach within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping (even Walmart is only a block away). Pineapple Willy's is right next door!

Cute condo on the beach!

This sweet spot was all that we expected and more. There was a slight issue with bedding but the manager was able to rectify it quickly, so it didn’t impose on our fun or the overall cleanliness of the property.

Thank you for sharing your place with us! We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect with easy access to the beach, stores, and places of interest. The condo is well stocked with the essentials you need if you choose to eat in. The on-site washer and dryer made it easy for us to do our laundry. We really enjoyed having access to the beach chairs each day. I would book this place again in the future!

Weekend beach getaway

What a lovely little condo on the beach! The location is perfect, just a few steps down to the sand. The chair & umbrella service was a nice perk! The only downside was the construction going on, which closed the main pool. Once the work is done, it will be great! Would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was neat and tidy and the condo was exactly as presented in the ad. Great location. Even though there is current construction in the next building it never bothered us. Will definitely book again!

We love the location and privacy of the place, was disappointed in how the condo wasn't cleaned well and lack of kitchen supplies and bed linens and pillows, had to buy a broom to clean the floors wash counters off, bought pillows and a kitchen pan

Perfect location. Perfect service by gate security people who also roamed the properly and were friendly. Perfect owner, even stopped by to make everything was great. Perfect location 10 steps off the beach. Easy gated access to beach. 3 pools. Perfect beach. Perfect beach chair service. Just a perfect location, beach and overall experience. I’d do it all again.

Absolutely beautiful! Did have a slight problem, but was addressed right away and was made comfortable as could be.. there is times that things can't be foreseen and it is quite alright. I will definitely book again with the Nelson family.. cant wait already looking. You will not be disappointed!

Place was very nice and clean. Love the location. We were not able to use the patio because of the construction. Im still signed into sling. I accidentally left two dresses in closet. Would it be possible to have them sent to me?

Everything was great except the shower still had hair in the drain and the toilet had had some “ stuff” on the side of it. Should probably check behind the cleaning crew. Other than that, it was a nice place convenient to everything.

Very nice condo...like home away from home.

The condo is as advertised. No deceptive photo then show up to a tiny space. Condo is spacious with all the things you need to have a good vacation. Well stocked kitchen, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig. Bathroom with rainfall shower, towels, toiletries. King-size bed, 2 closets, beach chairs and toys for the kids. Deck access from BR and LR. Pool and beach access directly from the deck. I would recommend this location and stay again if welcomed.

We honestly had no idea how crowded the beaches would be there. Wall to wall people. The unit itself was subpar. Could have been cleaner. Needed quite a bit of cosmetic maintenance and upkeep. Definitely not “pristine”. One of the outdoor chairs was quite literally falling apart-3 screws had come completely out of the chair. There was mold in corner of the bathroom where there was a huge gap in the caulking, toilet paper holder kept falling apart, bifold closet doors in the bedroom had thick dust in the vent slats. The entire place could have used a new coat of paint. For what we paid, we expected “pristine” and it definitely wasn’t that.

Great Location

The location of the Sunbird Resort was great. Close to the beach and Pineapple Willy's. What was also great is the beach in this area is fantastic. Not too busy or crowded and the beach service loungers were always set up and ready. Lots of great restaurants nearby including Pineapple Willy's which is extremely popular, Longboards which has a great hamburger and give the garlic knots a try from Guru's Pizza. Overall we had an amazing time but a couple notes or disclaimers. First the pictures of the unit are a bit deceiving. The condo is quite a bit smaller than it appears. Perfect for a couple but not a family. Also, we had some problems getting into our unit but Pam was helpful in remedying this. The A/c unit wasn't working great and had a hard time keeping temp. The windows could use a good cleaning because it was hard to see out. Overall the unit could use a very good deep cleaning. There was some construction happening and the main pool was closed but this did not deter from our stay. We would definitely come here again.

Perfect Unit

This is a great unit. We will get it again for short stays. We visit PCB often and love the older quieter end of town (Thomas Dr). We wish someone had told us the building is doing winter construction. Our ground level balcony was roped off with caution tape and our view was a bunch of scaffolding and 30 men all day long. It was completely unusable and we had to go out the front door and go around the building to get to the beach. Nothing that the owner can help but that is why I got a ground level room. The room itself, gorgeous. Everything you need for a couple on a short vacation. Laundry services are across the lobby area and I prefer to come home with no sand or wet clothes but I don’t mind for the price and a short stay trip! Especially with how nice the unit is, great bed, clean, all the little odd and ends you didn’t bring are provided. . . Just maybe after construction is over.

Our family is in Minnesota... and we love the beach! We love spending time in PCB and just don't get enough. Knowing it is a place we want to keep coming back to - we decided to invest in great properties that people would choose first to stay in.

Why they chose this property

The views... the views, the views, the views. It is unbeatable! The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the open layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. The cheerful interior makes you smile as soon as you walk in the door. It is a great get away.

What makes this property unique

The first floor walkout is as close to the white sand as you can get. We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
