11 steps from Harbour Lights Villa is Elizabeth Harbour and our quiet bay . The villa is a 1,788 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home with all amenities of this upscale resort community.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the villa.

February Point is a gated/security-monitored destination resort. The property features tennis courts, private beaches, two infinity pools and a jacuzzi.

There is a spa and a modest fitness center. The Rusty Anchor Restaurant offers casual waterfront dining.

Harbour Lights Villa features vaulted ceilings with fans, an office nook, and a fully-equipped kitchen with two sinks and granite countertops. There is a full-sized Viking refrigerator and microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining area with a teak dining table with seating for six. A separate laundry room contains a stackable washer/dryer and utility sink. The upper floor has a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed and features a large bathroom with a tiled shower and free-standing tub. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with tile shower. Both rooms have ceiling fans and each floor has a dedicated central air conditioning system. A former enormous dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom has been converted to a third bedroom with a double futon for extra guests. The 773 square foot outdoor space includes full wrap-around patios on upper and lower decks, perfect for watching the Regatta action and the beautiful water! A teak patio dining table for six is available for outside dining and the patio includes a full-sized propane BBQ.
In the technology and entertainment department, the villa offers a smart TV with access to Netflix (bring your password), Amazon Prime Video, and five television channels. There is also a DVD player with an extensive DVD library and super-fast fiberoptic WIFI.

Great Exuma offers the most beautiful beaches and water in the Bahamas (perhaps the world). Take advantage of this by renting watercraft and going to the nearby secluded beaches on Stocking Island or taking a boat tour to see the swimming pigs! These activities can be arranged in nearby George Town, about a mile away. There you can also find grocery stores, banks/ATMS, churches, a gas station, bars, liquor stores, restaurants and shops.
The villa changed ownership in April of 2019, and the new owners have worked very hard to restore it to its original grace and charm following many years off the rental market. They have renovated the interior to its original casual contemporary elegance. The exterior had just been painted a charming Caribbean canary yellow with white trim.

We had a blast, and enjoyed the property! A quick walk to the pool & restaurant. The place was great for kids and easy to keep clean. We loved Exuma and will go back for sure!

The Best Location
I believe this spot in February Point is the best location on the island. This is one of the few beach front locations in a gated community. Although we felt safe everywhere on Exuma, it was nice to have the secluded neighborhood and quiet beauty of our own little bay to snorkel. The neighborhood is centrally located on the island and so close to Georgetown. Beautiful memories.

Beautiful ocean view and peaceful location
The view of the ocean from the house, waterfront and upstairs balcony is worth the price! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Great to have in-unit washer and dryer. The house floors could have been cleaner and needs a little maintenance (doors hard to open and lock), outdoor furniture is weathered, but it is beachfront so the weather probably ages them fast. The owner was consistently slow to answer questions both pre-arrival and when we had an emergency on the last day of our stay, but eventually emailed me back so all worked out well.

Wonderful stay
We love staying in February Point for the location and beauty of the houses right on the water with a dock to keep your rental boat. Beautiful views from the house inside and out. Amazing stay once again.

Beautiful location!
The place is as described. Literally 11 steps from the ocean and loved seeing turtles swimming every morning! Georgetown is working on roads so we did lose water for a whole day but I think that’s an anomaly.. we did lose power and water on occasion so plan accordingly! A broom for the sand and additional towels would be nice but the washer and dryer is very convenient. The staff at the security were lovely and having the restaurant on-site was not only delicious but so convenient!

We loved staying here. The pictures don’t do the unit and February Point justice. Very nice, clean. Loved being right on the beach. Pool at Beach Club was nice. Great to have a restaurant on site. Location is central to the island and very safe. Highly recommend.

Great view, location and turtles
This is our second time staying at 11 steps to the Ocean and we really enjoy the place. The cove in front of the house is great for views, swimming and snorkeling along the docks. We have seen starfish, eagle rays, sting rays, turtles and even sharks from the shore / balcony. If you venture over to the marina, you are likely to see several friendly turtles when you visit. The beach club area is nice for a calm beach, pool and hot tub. The food is good at the Rusty Anchor though this last time we didn't think it was as good as we remembered - especially for the high price. There is also a pool with lounge chairs that is 2 doors down from the rental that is for community use. There is often no one using it so it is like you have a private pool. Location is great to access the entire island (including little Exuma) by car and a quick trip to Georgetown for groceries, booze or restaurants. We were able to have our private chartered boat tour pick us up at the marina at February point for our trip which was very nice. It is great for us to have a washing machine at the house. We washed beach towels and swim gear most days. Suggested improvements would be to change the master bathroom shower and main kitchen sink fixtures that have very low water pressure (others ok), better/bigger beach towels, bigger coffee maker, replace inflatable paddle board / add kayak. Last note - as of January 2025, there are an excessive amount of coffee filters - no need to bring/buy any :)

The pictures in this listing do not do the place justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! Right on the beach with a pool next door. We had the pool to ourselves everyday. Gated security. The beach out front is great to swim, we saw turtles everyday. Looking forward to staying again!

This property is amazing. Very well appointed house. Every kitchen item you could need. Very clean. The view is amazing. We watched for turtles every morning. The location is great close to Georgetown and kind of in the middle of the island so everything was within a 1/2 hr. Lots of beach toys at the house. We had a very relaxing vacation

The view from the Villa is beautiful. Everything was as described. Some basic cooking spray & such would’ve been nice, larger coffee pot it’s very small & I would’ve loved a TV in the master for night time being that we had teens using the one downstairs. Just suggestions. Our stay was great & you literally have beautiful crystal clear water right outside the patio door.

Fantastic place! I rarely say I would stay somewhere a second time. I am saying it now! Quiet, beautiful landscape, on the water, picture perfect views, up to date interiors (not dated), plenty of seating, etc. I would live here if I could! No beach right out back, however there is a walkable rock area which was just fine. Steps right out back to the water. February Point is beautiful. Close to town. Book it!!

Liked unit, but we got burglarized first night
Enjoyed our stay, but unit was broken into our first night there and our friends cash was cash stolen. There is no safe in the unit and no key was supplied for either of the upstairs locking closets. Poor communication. Toilet in master stopped working, host never responded, so we fixed it as best we could. Had to fill tank with a bucket last few days.

The house was beautiful….the house manager was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything and very helpful … our only problem was the electric goes out and on our last stay there the electric went out for most of the day into our day we left and it was rough without AC or light in the house … I hear this happens a lot here but not much you can do the manager was very helpful and communicative with us during that time … I would definitely stay here again ;)

Incredible location and view!
Fantastic location and amenities! The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Turtles every morning, starfish everywhere, just amazing. Here's a couple of things to know that aren't in the listing. The garbage cans are across the street. The cold water on the amazing bath doesn't work. The beach towels are in a ottoman by the backdoor near the dining room. There is an inflatable paddle board in the guest room closet. The pump is in the laundry room. And the flies...you'll be battling them all week but it is the Bahamas!

The location is absolutely wonderful to Georgetown. The house is exactly as described. My only critique would be the communication with the owner. I felt that she could’ve text to make sure everything was OK especially when the water went out which of course was not her fault and it was just a minor inconvenience. However, it would’ve been nice. Had she reached out to see if everything was OK other than that everything is just as pictured note look in the baskets for extra blankets and the Ottoman downstairs for beach towels I didn’t find them until the last day that I was leaving.

Disappointing Experience
The property & surroundings were lovely & as described. We had booked for a month but after 3 days I found out I had stage 4 ovarian cancer we had to fly home to begin treatment. We asked if the owners could offer any refund given the situation. Eventually they offered to refund us any nights that were rebooked. 15 nights were but they did not refund what we paid for those nights but approx half price claiming they couldn't get the same rate (I booked 2 years ago at a discount). The lack of compassion they showed astounds me. I am an owner myself and given a situation like this I would have refunded at least half especially when most of the month rebooked. We are out of pocket a significant amount of money for 3 nights

Just what we needed!
We stayed 12 days and we not disappointed! We needed a relaxing vacation and this home helped make it happen. The space was great for just the two of us. Cozy and inviting. Very tastefully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable and let us get the rest we needed. The kitchen could use a casserole dish. That's my only complaint. Sasha was very attentive and responded quickly with answers to any of our questions. The home was very clean and neat. It was also well maintained, especially for a house right on the water and exposed to the saltwater. The front yard area was sand, which we loved, but as with any home in Exuma, The nosee-ums come out at night and when there is no wind. We were able to secure a boat slip for our stay and it was within walking distance. The Rusty Anchor is also a short walk. The Internet was fast, and that was exactly what we needed when we had to work. Finding the property was simple and coming and going was easy. Over all, excellent stay!
