Be one of the first to enjoy the new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new carpet, new paint, new vanities, new art! Privately owned 2 bdrm/2 bath sleeps 8 luxury residential suite located inside this Conde Nast 4-diamond name brand Riverfront Resort & Spa. (I am not allowed to use the brand name of the Resort and Spa I in my advertising.) Enjoy skiing Beaver Creek using the Gondola with ski valet that comes right to your door!

This platinum rated suite is on the 4th floor and has a 2 private balconies both with 2 chairs/end table.

All condos/suites/rooms in this resort are individually owned. I have chosen to take this suite out of the hotel rental pool and use VRBO, saving the 60% resort management fee and pass on the savings to you! Note: All 4/5 star name brand resorts like this Brand Name Resort & Spa/Hyatt/Ritz have the following additional charges paid directly to resort at check out: $75.00/stay booking fee (one time only), 45.00/night parking fee and $100.00/night/condo resort fee gives you access to the following: (note: westin will not allow us to collect their fees and are subject to change)

So relaxing and beautiful
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect and all of the Westin staff were friendly and efficient. The pool, hot tubs and work out facility were above expectations. The food at the Westin was delicious and the area had some lovely restaurants. Reed was great to work with!!!

Great two bedroomed apartment. Great location and couldn't be easier to ski from. My only suggstions to improve comfort are: use pillow liners for hygiene and use a cover on thin duvet bed cover as felt a little 'used by others' between cleans.

We absolutely loved staying here and spending Christmas in the mountains. Everything we needed was available to us, from in room accommodations to live music, ski valet and gondola, we had it all! We can’t wait to come back!

We typically like to stay on the mountain when we are skiing, but stayed at the Westin for a soccer tournament this fall. It was a perfect location, it is very nice amenities, and the hosts were communicative and accommodating. I think we would like to try this unit again during the winter.

The unit was clean and well stocked. Communication with Charlie was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed at The Westin Riverfront many times and will book again with Charlie.

The location is good, but the property was not clean when we arrived. It was around 10pm when we could finally moved into the rooms. The owner did compensate us for the very late arrival. The property is pet friendly, so the living area had dog hair on the sofa/chairs and had a funky smell. Not sure with all the added fees from the Westin if this is good value for your money. The property is nice with two separate bedroom areas and nice meeting area in the middle.

Lovely and convenient
This property at the Westin is a great place to stay while enjoying Beaver Creek. Everything is very easy- ski rental, access to the mountain, storage, shuttles, etc. The Lobby is busy with live music and a bustling bar. Valet service was great and the 4pm hot chocolate bar is fun. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the washer and dryer that didn’t work well. The spin cycle on the washer left the clothes very wet and the dryer never really got them dry. Just a warning as we had to leave with damp clothes.

Great space and great location
We loved our stay this past week, and highly recommend this property (and working with Charlie and Reed). I want to share some helpful info/tips for future renters. Yes, it’s true that there’s a parking garage going up nearby that does partially obstruct the pristine mountain view, but that did not take anything away from our stay experience. Kitchen is well-stocked with every type of dish needed. There are also humidifiers as the air is definitely dry in the mountains. The fridge has an ice maker and filtered water. The fans for the HVAC are always on at night, and it was easier for us to just turn the temp down to have them not blowing on us; and it has little adverse impact on the temp in the room. We had some minor inconveniences with room keys not working on the door, but that was exclusively the issue with the resort and not the VRBO property/owner or manager. The ski valet was great, and it was extremely easy to get a gondola ride to the base lift each day. Highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Beautiful property
Top notch accomodations, very clean inside and out. When we stayed they were building a parking garage right outside the window which was loud and distracting and I'm sure once constructed the view will change some. Host was very responsive and communicated well.

Terrific Ski Property
The Westin Riverfront is a first-class resort in Avon with all you need within walking distance such as Ski Rentals, Health Club and Gondola to access mountain. Our property owner Charlie communicated well in advance and had location cleaned early for early arrival. Perfect rental property.

This is such a great place to stay! Easy access to the mountain and so much to do! The pool, spa and Atheltic club were amazing! So grateful we were able to stay at this location!! The accommodations fit two couples and two kids perfectly!
