Beautiful, spacious, town house 2 bdrm/2 baths spectacular views of the Intracoastal water way from living room, dining room and master bedroom. 2 balconies to sit and watch the dolphins and beautiful sunrises, garden access and dock where one could fish, boat docking available up to 45 ft., Both bedrooms have been updated at the end of 2016 with new blinds also living room with new blinds and floor.

Tennis courts, playground, 2 blocks, beach 2 blocks.Lockable garage lower floor one flight of stairs to living area, second flight of stairs to master bedroom, bathroom and laundry. Sleeps 4 to 6 using pull out bed from sofa master has king bed. Other has one Queen and one twins. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, free high speed wireless internet access, extended cable TV. TV in living room and bedrooms. This unit is Now ready with mainly new stuff.

Everything this property advertised was above its expectations. Great location, large home with bedrooms on separate floors, tvs in 3 rooms, spectacular view of the bay, close to beach, friendly neighborhood. The host was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and greeted us. Would highly recommend this place

Great location and well equipped
The pictures and description are exactly as we found the home! Amazing location! Very short walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants. Short drive to stores. Home is very well equipped especially the kitchen. We stayed for over 2 weeks and had everything we needed! Helen was available and very helpful!

The house was nice but needs a lot of updating and repairs. The main door to the house does not latch securely and the sliding doors didn’t close properly. A lot of things needing repaired. A little too much contact from the owner. We’re use to just checking in and out on our own but was contacted several times from the owner asking what time we would be there and again what time we were leaving. After arriving late the owner came early the next morning to introduce herself.

Perfect relaxing vacation.
Stayed for 9 days. Helen was the most gracious host. Met me at property to check me in and show me house which had everything needed for my stay. Had my two dogs which loved the yard right off the water and sunning on the balconies. Perfect location…quick walk to beach which was always nice, clean and never crowded. Quiet neighborhood, lovely views of water from living room and master bedroom-whether sitting inside or out on balancing. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay and would definitely come back.

A perfect location, great accommodations, and wonderful host!
Overall, we were very pleased with choosing this rental. It was very spacious with lots of windows, in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views off both lanais. Only drawbacks were: carpeting was not clean and had many spots. (Helen explained that due to Covid, it was difficult to get someone out to clean it). Also, most all the blinds are missing the wands. There are lots of stairs to climb, (14 steps to main living area and another 16 steps to master bedroom) - I didn't know this when I booked. One of the two beach chairs has a broken leg but we made it work. There was one nice umbrella and a good wagon to pull things. Description states 2 king beds; the downstairs bedroom has a queen and a single. The upstairs bedroom has a king.

This isn’t our first time staying at this property. Helen is a great hostess. The property is always clean and well stocked. What I also love is the beach access is walking distance and the kids love to fish off the dock.

Our family of 5 including a baby and our dog stayed for a few days. The place was as advertised, saw the dolphins swimming out the back window, and just a short walk to the beach. Helen was great, and very responsive to any issues. We look forward to coming back!

Vacation on the Bay
We enjoyed staying at Helen’s property so much . We loved sitting on the porch and overlooking the bay morning and evening . The most beautiful sunsets . The kitchen has all you will need to cook a nice meal . My husband and I took the upstairs area which is so very nice and roomy also has a outdoor porch . My daughter and her husband stayed in bedroom downstairs nice and roomy for them Helen is available to answer any questions and is very nice . She feels like family to us . .the beach is just a short walk away and Helen provides you with A sand wagon and chairs and umbrella. Would highly recommend staying with Helen’s property.

We enjoyed our stay in IRB. Vacation condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice beach 5 minutes walking distance. Also short drive to Clearwater Beach. We will certainly book this vacation rental again.

Clean home close to the beach
Overall I was happy with the home. The property was incredibly clean and the parking situation was amazing. Not many beach homes that you can park 2-3 cars easily. The walk to the beach was nice and short and there were a couple restaurants within walking distance as well. The only complaints were that the beach cart really needs replaced, or they need to stop advertising as a perk of the unit. We made it work, but it was in rough shape. Had I not seen it specifically advertised I would have been excited to have one at all rather than disappointed in the condition of the cart. And the queen bed was overly firm.

Beautiful Location with an amazing view!
This property was perfect for my group of four adults. It was spacious, clean, and had two decks to enjoy the beautiful view! The kitchen had everything we need, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets in the closets. It was only a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here!

Helen greeted us when we arrived~a wonderful host. There was plenty of room in this clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed the 2 decks overlooking the channel. It was a 2 block walk to the beach. Choice of restaurants nearby. Loved the quiet neiborhood! Thank you for our peaceful getaway!

Bay Boulevard Beauty!
This could not have been more perfect for our needs. We needed to thaw out from a never ending PA winter, and we did that in the most perfect place. Both balconies off the master bedroom and the living room face the bay. We read about the dolphins but truly thought it was a slight exaggeration… nope! Two dolphins swam into our bay every morning! You can hang out on the dock right on the bay if you want to get closer! We had a rental car but you definitely don’t need one if you just want to eat local and go to the beach. Incredible restaurants and the beach is a 7 minute walk. We ordered groceries thru Instacart and the kitchen at the house had what we needed, which was mostly a wine opener. I cooked a nice dinner one evening without any trouble. Strongly suggest Guppy’s Restaurant, Haus’ Coffee Shop (can’t walk to this one), Cody’s Roadhouse, and the gas station around the corner has everything! Helen was there if we needed her but in no way did she pester or hover. She is wonderful. We will be back! I was trying to figure out how to never leave up until the minute we had to check out. =(

Great location!
This was such a great location! Super close to the beach and great fishing in the backyard on the inter coastal. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins, while my son fished off the dock. He got some great catches! Helen was very accommodating and communicative. The house was very clean, and the living area was spacious. Lots of beach chairs/umbrellas and toys available, along with a cart to drag everything to the beach. Our family did a lot of cooking, and the one thing we missed was a bigger frying pan. But we just used the grill more, which also worked out with the nice weather. Other than that, we weren’t missing anything for cooking needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again. It was a nice and relaxing location

Beautiful waterfront location
We had a wonderful stay here. The location could not be beat. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins come through. It was so quiet and peaceful. We really loved the neighborhood and the beach was only a short walk away. We would definitely come back and I would highly recommend this rental to others.

We are full time in Florida living only two properties down. We have always rented this unit on a yearly basis and have now made it available short term. The pictures inside are now up to date. We have finished making it brighter and fresher.

Why they chose this property

This is a newer property without the musty smells you can get at the beach. The water softener helps the smell and taste of the drinking water. We like to think we have remembered everything so the visitor may enjoy their vacation.

What makes this property unique

On the water, just two blocks from the beach. Quiet area for you to relax. We even have a beach cart for you to take to the beach. Include chairs, umbrella cooler box/bag.
