Our superior apartment is on the top (9th) floor of an apartment building. We are going to renovate it before this summer 2019 and step to a higher level. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has one of the biggest terrace (47 m2) in the building. This provide a wonderful, panoramic view of Lake Balaton and on the City as well. The apartment has two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen size bed and one with own TV, bathroom, living room with sofa bed (for +2 people) and LCD TV and dinning area and fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, coffee maker, a fridge-freezer, etc.). In the garden there is a playground for kids. Free WIFI internet. Reserved parking place for one car in the underground garage.

For tourists there are in the house a spa area with view of Lake Balaton, which can be used free of charge. It includes a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, Jacuzzi (whirlpool), Finnish sauna, spa and deck chairs in the garden and gate service. In the ground floor there is a coffee bar, pastry shop and Italian restaurant.
