Great location! Walking distance to Shangri-la-la Golf Course and Resort. Perfect rental location to attend special events at this beautiful venue.

Gated condominium with full access to pool, tennis court and basketball court. This home has been recently updated with new flooring downstairs and new granite counters in kitchen and both bathroooms. One bedroom has two queen beds and the other has two twin beds. Outdoor balcony with new grill and view of the lake and pool/recreation area. Satellite TV with Netflix and WiFi for your indoor entertaining. We also have available board and card games!

Shangri-la Marina offers boat and jet ski rental. Two boat loading ramps and very near. Many great restaurants, diners and lake side burgers spots are close proximity.

Pet welcome with a non-refundable pet deposit.

Golf Tournament stay

Dated decor but clean and close to Shangri La golf courses. Manager was quick to respond to questions. WIFI was wo ky but adequate.

Grand Lake

It is a great location , nice and quiet just like we wanted. Whole family decided it was one of the better spots we have stayed in at Grand Lake over the years.

Great stay on Monkey Island

Property conveniently located to Crown Pointe Marina with easy access to boat rentals from H2O Water Sports. Property clean with plenty of towels and toiletry items. Easy to connect with owner. Family of 4 adults stayed with plenty of room. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Would stay again on another trip.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a great time! The rental was clean and accommodating. The kids loved the lofts and the pool. We brought scooters and they loved riding around the property. Having a grill was a plus and we cooked out during our stay. Thank you for the calm getaway we needed!

Nice Condo, near Shangri-La

This is an excellent condo for a getaway or a small family. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything required to cook a great meal. The wi-fi was great and the entertainment was plentiful. The place is not really near the lake and getting access to the water was a short car ride away.

The only problem was the cushions outside on balcony were dirty. We would have liked to sit outside and drink coffee but we couldn’t because of the cushions. Everything else was fine.

golf trip

Great place to stay if you've got a foursome of buddies and you're playing golf at Shangri La or other courses in the area. Both bedrooms are a loft situation, and it's a little smaller than anticipated, but very clean and it has all of the amenities and equipment that one would expect to cook breakfast, dinner, or grill. Easy in and out as well if you don't mind being on the second floor.

Good getaway

Instructions for entrance gate were in accurate. Felt like I moved into someone's home who just walked out with the food still in the fridge. But overall it was a good stay and served my purposes of a getaway.

We didn't have the correct code for the room and it took us a while to figure it out. The bedrooms were NOT private at all. My husband and I slept in the twin room. The door wouldn't stay shut and with the stair railing exposed, we had no privacy at all. My husband got up and spent the night in his truck.

Great location for a Monkey Island getaway

Great place to stay if you’re looking to get away for some time at Shangri-La, the lake, or just want to relax by the on premise pool. Host is amazing, great communication, and neighbors are all great. Condo is perfect for four to six people, it’s an ideal location for golfers, and the pool area is nice as well. There are plenty of loungers, tables, and chairs. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for some fun on Monkey Island or just a relaxing getaway.

Short getaway

Great condo at Grand Lake

Property was exactly as advertised. Very easy to get through the gate and condo was easy to find. Space was clean and ready for our group. Space was perfect for us because we had two couples who stayed in the room with the two queen beds. we also had two single people who shared the room with two twin beds. I would highly recommend
