About this property

PARUA BAY STUDIO - SELF CONTAINED

Welcome to our studio apartment, a home away from home in Parua Bay, Whangarei Heads.
The studio is a section of our house which is locked off and has private access and areas. The studio is modern, open plan with a bathroom and private deck and amazing sunsets.
Some noise transfer will occur from upstairs living.
We are located near the Parua Bay village and looking out over the bay. ( 250m walk to the local beach ).
There are beautiful short walks from here, including a loop with some boardwalk through the mangroves and beach. The surrounding areas have beautiful scenery, walks and beaches.
You will have your own private entry and deck. Outdoor furniture and a barbeque to use on your stay.
The studio has one queen size bed and its own modern bathroom.
Self contained kitchen facilities are in the studio, along with an outdoor bbq.

A lovely tranquil spot

We had a wonderful weekend away, such a beautiful spot. Hosts were lovely to deal with, very helpful and accommodating to our needs - separate bed for my daughter to sleep. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Location and Wonderful Property

We loved our stay - had absolutely everything you needed including great bedside lights. We even got visited by a friendly Jack Russell and a friendly cat. Was downstairs and had privacy and a lovely outdoor area. Was a great location for exploring the Whangārei Peninsula. Would highly recommend.

Xmas Break

Enjoyed our stay here, everything we needed for a short break. Well setup kitchen and handy BBQ area under cover. Very quiet part of Parua Bay, lovely to sit in the outside area with a small view of the water.

Long weekend getaway

Lovely location for a getaway. Enjoyed having our meals out on our own deck looking out to a beautiful water view. Studio was clean modern and comfy. Great beaches to explore nearby. Had a truly wonderful time. Highly recommend 😊

It was very easy and perfect for what I wanted. I didn’t see the property manager and I was a little unsure about where to park, presuming it was all OK - it all worked out really well and everything was there for my convenience.

We loved the studio. It was roomy and comfortable. We watched some beautiful sunsets from the patio. Our host provided several thoughtful welcoming touches. Those touches helped us feel welcome. We would recommend it to others.

Perfect Pad To Explore the Area

Everything was spot on about this little studio beneath a house in Parua Bay. Lots of nice extras too - flowers and kitchen condiments that came in really handy. Relaxing on the deck looking out at the view was a memorable end to every day.

We love our area that we live at Whangarei Heads, and regularly enjoy the local walkways, hikes and beaches.
We enjoy sharing these spaces too, as we also enjoy travelling around NZ and enjoying other peoples spaces available.

We are located near the village, which has a couple lovely cafes within walking distance. Several beautiful beaches are nearby within 15 minutes drive.
Whangarei Heads has a lot of lovely hikes.
