The master bedroom features a plush King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Step outside to a screened lanai with a private pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventure. A half bathroom near the pool and a washer/dryer complete the conveniences of the first floor.

Upstairs, the fun continues in the loft's game room, featuring an air hockey table for friendly competitions. The luxurious main bedroom includes another King-size bed, while the Mickey-themed bedroom delights with two full-size beds, ideal for the little ones or Disney fans. A full bathroom with a bathtub serves this level.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. High-touch surfaces are meticulously disinfected, and fresh amenities such as new toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap are provided for your convenience upon arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are treated with professional disinfectants, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap and dried at high temperatures. Our cleaning team uses gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, and a pre-arrival inspection ensures that all high-touch surfaces are sanitized once more. Every detail is attended to so that you can relax and enjoy a safe and comfortable stay.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire townhome, including the private pool and spacious outdoor patio. The home features three beautifully furnished bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, game room, and convenient in-home amenities like a washer and dryer.

Our rental is conveniently situated close to Orlando's world-famous attractions. Walt Disney World is just a short drive away, making it easy to immerse yourself in the magic of Disney. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other popular destinations are also within easy reach.

For your convenience, having a car is recommended to explore the area at your own pace. Rental cars are readily available at the airport and throughout the city. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also widely used and offer flexible transportation options.

The resort is located near major highways, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Whether you're heading to theme parks, shopping outlets, or exploring local gems, getting around is straightforward and convenient.

- Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.

You'll need to complete a rental agreement and submit a verification form, which includes a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once everything is completed, we’ll provide detailed check-in instructions 2 days before your stay.
