Charming Cottage located on popular Pemaquid Trail. Recently changed ownership with many new furnishings and fresh paint throughout. Light and airy with a cozy living room and dining area. All 3 bedrooms and bath are located upstairs. Unique outside full bathroom added in 2024. Large screen porch to enjoy the afternoon sunsets. Private with large lawn and ample space to spread out. Short walk to the beautiful Pemaquid Beach or the historic Fort William Henry. A short drive to Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, several restaurants, or the Hardy Boat which provides sightseeing along the rocky coast.
