This very private home has a Southwest facing 12' x 30' pool and spa overlooking the lake with so much space there are 6 chaise loungers to enjoy. The home features a very comfortable surround sofa and large flat screen TV for enjoying your favorite team or television show, a formal dining room area to inside or keep in casual and dine poolside.

There is a King size bed in the Master suite, private bath, duel sinks, a soaking tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a lovely queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom with a Tub/shower combination, sits between these two bedrooms.

The garage at this property is not usable by guest.

This home is located within 5 miles of more then one Naples Beach, the Coastland Center Mall, many fine Restaurants, The Naples Zoo and Botanical Gardens and much more. Choose this centrally located home for your next holiday so you can be in the center of everything Naples has to offer.

OVER PRICED!!

PLACE WAS REALLY NICE, BUT OVER PRICED. TV'S WERE TOUGH TO GET TO USE(OLDER NOT ALL SMART) I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN RENTING NEXT FOR 10,000 A MONTH JAN AND FEB. ALSO SHOULD ADD AN AIRFYER AND A UMBRELLA TO USE AROUND POOL.

Huge pool deck !

No real complaints with this property. We had a small issue with the Hot Tub & the property manager got them resolved ASAP (Which is always a good sign) Small points of note: The Leather sofa shown in the listing photos, isn't in the property,and the frame of the pool screen is overdue a clean, it's grubby (But not damaged in any way). Thanks

Fantastic Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our vacation at 901 Marble Drive. The house was real nice. The location is ok. Supermarkets are pretty close. The beach was a 15 minutes drive away. Above all we are very grateful to CNE. We booked the place in June 2019 (!!!) for June 2020 and then Covid came. CNE helped us to move the reservation from year to year until we finally could travel in 2023. This is especially appreciated as we saw in real time how my cousin had a lot of bad luck with another rental company in Naples (German host) and lost 5000 EUR in the same situation. So thank you very much again CNE Team. We're already looking at houses for next year (901 Marble Drive is already rented)

Lovely Villa in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have holidayed in Briarwood many times and the community is based in a great location just a few miles from the beach and all of the main shops, restaurants etc. Villa is ideal, lovely outside area, west facing and Briarwood overall is very quiet and peaceful. Having Kim and Nicole based within the community is a great asset. We stayed during Hurricane Ian and Kim and Nicole were very helpful with a few minor issues that had been caused by the hurricane. Overall, a great holiday in a lovely setting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 8th year vacationing in the Briarwood community and our 4th year in this house. We love the location and the beautifully landscaped neighborhood. This home has a large NW facing pool area and a clean, uncluttered interior. MGMT responds readily to urgent maintenance problems, but not at all to other messages or requests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in this very nice home in Briarwood while we were waiting to close on homes we purchased in Naples. We were excited to find a home large enough for us that accepts dogs. The home is spacious, clean, has a great pool, and a beautiful lake view! The kitchen is large enough for three adults to cook at the same time, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great! The home has a nice pool and hot tub with a large pool deck. Best of all is a beautiful view of a lake out back. The complex is quiet and gated so we felt safe and secure the whole time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to extend our stay by a month. The management company was very gracious and helpful in making that happen. This is a great place for a family, two or three couples, or a group of girlfriends. For now, we are making our permanent residence in Naples, but we would definitely stay here again! Enjoy!
