Great trip

Wonderful home that was very clean and up to date- our family had a wonderful time. Only minor thing (not even an issue) is that there is an advertised car charger in garage, but access to garage is not provided. We assumed since they advertised the charger in listing that we would have access to garage where it is located to store luggage rack, etc. When we asked the property manager, they stated the home has never had garage access since the owner stores their personal items inside. Not a big deal, but anyone who plans on using the charger might want to specifically ask about access to it.

Walt Disney World Getaway

Property is gated community with easy access that allows you to avoid the major traffic jams associated with WDW park closures. The property was clean and well maintained and offered a relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Typically a 10 minute ride to Animal Kingdom and 15 minutes to other parks and Disney Springs.

Perfect Vacation!!!

This home is amazing! You really feel right at home. It’s exactly as described online. Super clean, comfortable beds, super spacious and a magnificent pool. The owner is super nice and respondes to any questions you may have immediately. I would for sure book again.

Beautiful home close to Disney

My two daughters, granddaughter and sister enjoyed our long overdue vacation in this home. Lots of space and the home was beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked. It was nice having our own pool and hot tub after closing the parks. The owner was able to answer all my questions before I booked and was easily accessible. If you are planning a Disney vacation you will definitely like this home!

Nice property! Would stay here again

The only issue was the garage was locked and the pool was a little dirty (not too bad). I'm sure both issues would have been corrected if I had reached out to the property manager but they were not significant enough to mess with. I was also surprised with the requirement to purchase insurance in order to complete the reservation. I don't think it is a bad thing that the insurance was required but I do think it should be pointed out up front and factored into the cost of renting the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. We were close to everything including Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

Family Getaway

Our family absolutely loved staying here. We came to celebrate our son's graduation and birthday. Everything went very well. The home was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our family of adults and teens. Everything you needed was there. It is a great location for the theme parks, shopping, and eating. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy, Spacious, Happy

This was one of our best rentals. The house is exactly as pictured; very nicely decorated, spacious and absolutely spotless. We loved the hot tub and pool. The owner was so nice and easy to work with. We went with my 3 20-somethings for cheerleading competition and 2 other cheerleaders joined us. It worked perfectly. Enough bathrooms for 3 cheerleaders is enough bathrooms for anybody!! About as easy a drive to Disney as possible. And the hardwood floors were great for my son with asthma! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, coffee-makers, etc. If I'm really being picky we could have used a few more sponges, dishwasher detergent and an outdoor grill. Other than that, it was perfection!! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Family Vacation

A fantastic stay at this vacation villa. The owner David was very responsive to all our questions and went out of his way to make sure our family vacation was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was great. I couldn’t get my grandson out of it. We had a late plane to catch and the owner was very kind and let us have a late check out which topped off our stay in Orlando.

Great Location, But it Falls Short on Quality

This house is great for location and the owner provides free pool heat which is a great benefit, but that is about all I can say good about it. This is where it falls short of a quality place to stay: 1. There are no hand towels 2. There are no extra garbage bags, other than what is lining the can. So you have to go buy your own to keep the place clean. 3. Speaking of clean, it is not. The handrail at the stairs was filthy. The walls are dirty and need painting. The cabinet doors stick shut as the door bumpers are melted and stick the doors closed. 4. There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen as far as spices, coffee filters, etc. This is the first house we have ever rented where the kitchen is totally empty of the basic necessities. 5. The hand soaps at the restroom sinks are the smallest I have ever seen, I don’t know why they even bother. 6. Every bed in the place squeaks and creaks terribly. If your partner rolls over, plan on waking up. The security deposit is the highest I have ever paid by a long margin. When seeing such a high deposit you think this place must be very nice, but it is just ok at best. A little extra effort on the Owners part and this place would be great. So overall, I would not say don’t rent this place, but you can do better. We will look for another place when we return.

You GOTTA stay here!

Every year, my three friends and I rent a home in Orlando for our annual golf trip. This home is the best. We also love the location, close to tons of restaurants, Publix and close to both great golf courses and the Disney Parks (which we went to one night). David's home is JUST as advertised, no surprises, we all had our own bedrooms, the living room was fantastic, kitchen was great, outdoor area, pool and spa - heated by David, by the way - were all just great as well. The back of the house faces south west, so you after a day on the golf course, we all relaxed and had sun until it went down - whichh is ANOTHER bonus. In fact, we enjoyed it so much, we have already booked for next year!
