This 5 bedrooms, 3 Living Rooms, with 300m2 spread over 4 floors spacious/stunning villa with 3 ensuites, magnificent Mediterranean sea views has a choice of 4 swimming pools within friendly gated urbanization. Three bathrooms with bathtubs and a fourth bathroom with a shower, so none of the normal bathroom scheduling fuzz among friends, making your holiday a truly relaxing experience. Features of the home:

The house has 4 floors, sleeps 12 people (with a maximum 7 adults and 5 children. Infants under the age of 2 stay for free) and includes a separate downstairs mini gym, a private book reading/board game room (which can also be used as a single bedroom) , a great open roof BBQ terrace and a large balcony for outside dining and sundowner drinks and entertainment. Two baby travel cots and 2 x baby highchairs are available. The house is serviced with a 150 Liters hot water boiler. There are enough private parking spaces for 3 cars and more public parking available within 5 mins walking distance. 5 mins drive to various beaches, dining, bars shopping markets and gas station. Marbella Gibraltar and Puerto Banus are just 30 minutes drive away.

Guest access

Restaurant, dining, Golf, Mountain biking, Kite surfing, Polo, Go Kart Racing, Horse Riding, Tennis all within close distance, yet well distant enough from the tourist parties and the usual noises.

A local contact person living 5 mins away will be attending to all your questions as well as your arrival on the first day.

The house has super high-speed WIFI internet, 2 65" LED Smart TV with (Hidden by Airbnb) Cast and Netflix Subscription, Printer (ideal for print boarding passes).

Like hotel check-in and many other European countries, by law, we have to ensure all guests have to be registered with the Spanish Guardia Civil authority within 24 hours of arrival. The information required is an ID (passport id card DNI NIE) place/country of issue valid from, Name (all), birth date, nationality, and gender as well as the date of arrival. We will perform the registration for you. We will not use your details (just the like the hotels) for any other purposes. This law is established primarily for the guests' safety.
