Unique space in the heart of Monterey
Private Entrance and beautiful private space/ apartment in the most central part of the Monterey Peninsula. Literally 2 minutes from Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Pacific Grove! Be our guest in our owner occupied home! You don't have to hang out with us but you might want to enjoy our hospitality and local knowledge or not... your choice!
Our 3 room space is artistically appointed and comfortable with a private entrance and patio! The city of Monterey requires that we only rent once during a 30 day period... so you can stay for less time but we have to block out the entire month.

I am and enthusiast of all our local art, music, food and wine events, mycological events and want to welcome you to our wonderful community! Why they chose this property
This property is quite unique in a quiet lovely neighborhood in the Skyline forest area of Monterey. It is perfectly situated to be a 5 to 10 minutes to everything ..Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Point Lobos, and so on! You can walk to downtown Monterey easily downhill but the climb home could be taxing even though it is less than a mile:) There is a beautiful park and camping two blocks away! It is completely private but if but attached to my home so I hope for explorers and tenants to realize we will be neighbors. I am fun and friendly but totally respect if you don't want to converse and do your own thing! We will possibly pass in the driveway and I am here to make your stay great no matter your wants are:)
