One Ski Hill Place is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. We are very excited to give our guests the opportunity to rent this unit as very few are listed on VRBO. Better yet, we do not charge the $35 Resort Fee. This is the "Ritz" of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. My husband and I also own three other BreckCondoWithAView condos at The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406).

One Ski Hill Place is a mere 5 minute drive from the Town of Breckenridge allowing for the the best of both a ski village and a ski town.

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the $35/day Resort Fee. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your "Front Desk" .

Our management company for key pick up/drop off is off site about 8 minutes from the condo on Main St. Breckenridge

There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 5 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $91. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $91. Please let us know ahead of time.

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

We had such a nice experience staying in this condo. The location was perfection. The condo was really nice as well. We had our daughter in ski school and you literally walk right out back to the lift/ ski school area. There is a ski valet that helps you with your ski storage pickup/drop off. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Listed breakfast as an amenity but they only offer to those that book with them. When staying with privately owned unit managed by outside source, you don’t get free breakfast.

Great Condo in an Excellent Location

Took my twin boys up to Breckenridge last weekend for a final ski trip. Condo is nice and new (1 Bedroom + Sofa Bed), and has an A+ location right at the base of Peak 8. Getting the key from the property management company was smooth (they had it in a lockbox), access to the underground parking garage was smooth, and my kids also loved the indoor pool/hot tub (which is just down the hall). 3 restaurants nearby; most were very quiet since the season was wrapping up. Great communication with owner and property management company. Thank you.

Mid week ski vacation

The location cannot be beat. The ski valet made each day so easy, just pick up and drop your skis right on the snow out front. There is also an included ski locker to keep your boots in so you never have to have them in the room. There are indoor hot tubs/pool/steam room and sauna. Also an outdoor hot tub. There is a free SUV shuttle to drive you anywhere you want. Just get the number from the front desk. We called whenever we need a ride to/from town. It’s far superior to the public shuttle offered! There is also free heated underground parking. The buffet breakfast offered to hotel guests is NOT included. The only complaint we have is their hot water took over 5 min of running the shower which is very unusual for a hotel and a massive waste of water. We never got hot water in any of the sinks during our stay. We suspect this is a hotel wide issue? We would stay here again, great week!

LOCATION! LOCATION!

Peak 8 is the place to stay in Breckenridge! This condo is located in One Ski Hill on Peak 8. Ski in/ski out is a must! The unit was very clean and easy to access. Hot tubs and pool are located on the same floor of the unit. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic facilities and place to stay

The host for our place was fantastic. Attentive and understanding of some issues encountered at No fault of theirs. We would recommend this place to stay for anyone looking for great facilities close to the slopes. The condo is beautiful with two well equipped bathrooms and very well stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils imaginable. If we return to Breckenridge we will definitely look to stay here

Fabulous One bedroom Condo - Perfect stay

Breckenridge Trip

Our stay at One Ski Hill was amazing! The condo owner was so helpful and answered all my 20 questions. The condo was clean and just as described in the VRBO description. The shuttle service to and from Main Street was a great amenity. We used it every night. Already planning another trip soon!

Breck - as easy as it gets

My wife and I stayed at One Ski Hill during mid January 2022. It was simply fantastic. The purchase/confirmation through VRBO and Breck PMI was easy enough. The digital handbook/guide provided by the owner at time of rental confirmation was indepth and covered any/every question a renter could possibly ask. Key pickup took all of 5 seconds. The One Ski Hill location at the bottom of Peak 8 makes skiing ridiculously easy. The ski valet guys there treated us like royalty. It was the best ski in/out experience ever. The unit itself has just about everything you need and is plenty spacious for a couple. I cant think of a single negative. Someday i hope to return

First timers in Breck!

First time in Breckinridge and wasn’t disappointed. Our condo at One ski hill place was amazing! It was spacious for me and my significant other and the two bathroom part is a huge plus. Very clean and modern and the balcony view was great especially watching the sunrise and just to sit out there in the evening . It was furnished with the most essential stuff and even ended up cooking a few meals and had everything in the kitchen to do so. There was plenty of towels for us and even extras if we needed. Take advantage of the amenities at the resort we opted out since we wanted to do more stuff outdoors but the gym was great and the pool area. Overall the resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with questions we had about getting around town. The shuttle service is something to take advantage of we waited less than 10min every time we used it! The resort is situated in a good area kind of away from Main St. but still within walking distance. You won’t be disappointed with this condo we weren’t even there 24hrs and we’re talking about making it an annual vacation for us. Owner was very pleasant and helpful while booking and answered all of our questions in a timely matter

Your owners are Jim, Tanya and our 2 sons, 11 and 6. We've lived abroad in both New Zealand and Latvia and love to travel. Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors as does our 6 year old who is probably the only one in his class that knows that the best gondolas and chairlifts are made in Switzerland! We are happy to share our knowledge of the town and answer any questions you may have to make your stay with us the best it can be.

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
