On booking the accommodation through stayz our request was referred directly to Merimbula Realty and it was two or three days before we had the owners approval to accept our booking. All dealings, including collection of the key were made through the real estate agent. I’m guessing we paid a premium for making our accommodation request through Stayz rather than going direct to the agent.
The house was quiet and we loved the deck area, enjoying the sunshine and the view. All bedrooms are downstairs so miss the views but our bed was very comfortable. We appreciated extras such as glad wrap, sugar, some cereals and cold drinks. There are games and magazines and a desk with computer.
The Stayz website does not explicitly state that linen is not provided- we were aware of this only when reading another review- so bring sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and don’t forget a bath mat! We were quite surprised not to find soap or hair products provided.
The living area upstairs was wonderful-be aware there are lots of stairs to go down to the bedroom. We loved the location, enjoying walks to Long Point and Middle Beach and the walk into town and back (6kms). Overall a great stay but wish we had booked direct.
Top of the Cliff was simply that, a stay at a beautifully maintained property with sweeping views across the lakes and Merimbula. Our family of 5 (2 adults, children aged 8,11 & 13) stayed for 7 nights.
The property is clean with modern amenities, (bring your own sheets & towels - king singles, double and queen beds) 2 lounge / TV areas (access to Netflix etc).
Easy access to some lovely walks and a couple of beaches. Would certainly recommend to other families.
From the spectacular views to the modern and livable layout, this property is excellent value for money. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable, however don’t forget your own linen.
The build allows for complete tranquility as you cannot hear your closest neighbors. Walking distance to the main CBD area and the beach is a 2 minute walk. So many features makes this property worthy of a second stay.

This property was beautiful. In a wonderful location within walking distance to middle beach (and the town if you rock hop in low tide). The house is modern and has everything you could possibly want. The view is spectacular. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back as soon as possible!
