**Important Information:**
- Guests must provide their information before arrival to complete registration at the front desk.
- For environmental and energy-saving purposes, only one keycard will be provided for apartment access. Additional keycards can be requested for a fee of $20,000 COP per day.
- All guests, including children, must present valid identification upon check-in, in accordance with local regulations.
- No outside guests are permitted, per Palmetto Eliptic policy.
