This condo is a sanctuary for fruit flies. We opened the door to a dead cockroach and found another dead one in the guest bath toilet. The home was simply not cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious it had not been visited by anyone in months. This condo also needs to be advertised as not ideal for long term rentals, as the owners have so much of their belongings in the condo. That is 100% their right to do so, but it needs to be advertised so that people know there will not be a lot of room for their things. It should also have been advertised that garage door openers are not part of the deal. We had to get our own made. The location is great, and the people in the subdivision are very nice. The worst part, was the property managers. Always billing a few hundred here and there without much detail. They promised to call pest control to help with the insects in the condo, it never came. Now, 3 days after checking out, I get an email asking for another 299 because they "forgot" to bill for the last night we stayed. The property management company is not one with high professional standards.
