About this property

The 2011-2012 renovated holiday home has a large patio and a covered balcony with a lake view. A well-equipped kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
A short nature trail leads from the house to Lake Tiken. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating. An aluminum rowing boat (Linder) is included in the price. German satellite TV and Swedish television. DVD and CD player with USB connection.
Good shopping, also by boat, are in the nearby town of Tingsryd.
Suitable for two families, as there is a second Holiday house on the same property is located: Elsemåla Björkebo

Schwedisches Bullerbü...☺

Das Ferienhaus "Kullerbo" liegt ideal unweit vom Städtchen Tingsryd im Wald mit Blick auf den See Tiken zur einen oder auf eine Lichtung zur anderen Seite . Es ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Steg mit Boot liegt ca. 100m unterhalb des Hauses und ist über einen steinigen Weg gut zu erreichen. In Tingsryd -ca. 5 min mit dem Auto gibt es alles-vom Supermarkt über Tankstelle bis Angelshop und Restaurants... Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei kleineren Problemen mit defekten Lichtern o.ä.schnell zur Stelle. Alles im allem ein sehr schöner Platz in toller Umgebung- wir kommen gerne wieder...

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön die Lage ist schön leider ist der Vermieter etwas komisch Schlüssel Übergabe hat nicht ganz so geklappt die abschlussreinigung hat nicht so funktioniert aber ansonsten war alles schön

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, danke Immo - tolle Umgebung, gutes Wetter, schönes Häuschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzig die Abholung des Schlüssels im 25 Minuten entfernten Ryd war etwas weit entfernt, aber zu verschmerzen

Angeln am Tiken

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche Angeln am Tiken. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet. Der Weg zum Wasser mit Steg ist nicht weit, wir konnten sogar unser eigenes Boot mitbringen. Alles kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend für 2-4 Personen. Alles Sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber es ist soweit alles da was man braucht. Wird wahrscheinlich nicht der letzte Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein.

Unglaubliche Zeit🥰🥰🥰

Das Objekt war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. WE die absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr, sehr gut aufgehoben. Erholung pur👍Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief sehr locker und reibungslos ab. Wir fahren definitiv wieder dort hin. Vielen Dank Immo😘😘😘

Ruhig und nah am See

Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Das Boot war super zum Angeln, der See toll zum Schwimmen, das Haus liegt weit ab von der Straße, so dass man selbst bei Wind aus deren Richtung kaum etwas hört. Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es nur sehr wenige in der Nähe, aber das war für uns (Vater mit zwei erwachsenen "Kindern") auch nicht wichtig. Jederzeit wieder!

Vater-Sohn-Angelurlaub Anfang Oktober 2021

Sehr schönes Objekt. Haus eher für 2 als für 4 Personen geeignet (oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Mit dem zweiten Objekt perfekt für 2 Paare oder 2 Familien mit Kindern. Grill und Bratpfanne vorhanden. Scharfe Messer mitbringen. Boot und Motor tadellos. Viele Hechte, die größeren haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Zander war sehr lecker. Keine vollkommene Einsamkeit, dafür aber nur knapp 3 km bis zum Ort mit gut sortiertem Supermarkt.

Erholsamer Urlaub

War mit meiner Tochter 14 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Aus meiner Sicht gehobener Standard in herrlich ruhiger Lage. Eigener Bootssteg wo das Motor bzw. Ruderboot liegt. Benzin bzw. Elektromotor kann gemietet werden. Schöner See mit vielen Inseln. In der Umgebung viel Wald und Natur. Zur richtigen Zeit jede Menge Pilze und Preiselbeeren. Ausflüge in nahegelegene Wildparks und ans Meer möglich. Wenn das Wetter passt ein ideales Domizil. Gerne wieder 👍

Wonderful relaxing location

We had the most lovely stay in Immo's cosy place. We loved all the terraces where we could enjoy the sun at different times of the day. Having the motor boat was great fun and an excellent way to go on a trip, instead of using the car. The cottage location is great: short drive to groceries and the Moose farm. A must see is the very old quarry 3kms down the dirt road. We would love to come back another time

Sehr schönes Haus am See

Kullabo ist ein schönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in Sichtweite des Sees. Die moderne Ausstattung und die schöne Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem Genuss gemacht. Wir würden wieder hinfahren. Verbesserbar wäre vielleicht der Check-in (nicht vor Ort, sondern eine Viertelstunde entfernt). Immo Dausien ist aber ein äußerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Ansprechpartner, der uns sogar half, als der fehlende Drucker ein Parkticket unmöglich machte. Vielen Dank!
