We enjoyed our stay so much. The host, John was accommodating and made our check in trouble free. The property was in a great location, quiet, and relaxing. The cottage was lovely. It was our 2nd stay and weeill be back
Great property in great neighborhood! This was the perfect little cottage for my daughters and I to stay for our short visit. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommend:)
We enjoyed our stay very much. Short walk or drive to downtown Tarpon Springs and Greek Village. Got to see dolphins swimming in nearby bayou. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Charming apartment in a convenient location. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. Thoughtful attention to detail by the owners. Highly recommended.
Great location and very cozy and clean. Would stay again for sure

Cute but lacks cleanliness
Overall, it is a very cute property with nice decor and well stocked with items that are needed for your stay. It was a relatively quiet place, though if there is anyone on the top floor, you can hear all movements and footsteps, which made it a little difficult to sleep. The main problem that we noticed was a very dusty/mold like smell as soon as we walked in. My friend and I are both allergic to dust and mold, so our allergies were acting up the whole time. But the most concerning part was the black mold we found throughout the shower, especially coming from the shower head, and all over the shower head cord. The shower floor was also stained and dirty, along with a line of black mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. We felt more comfortable wearing flip-flops in the shower. Lastly, we found a small dead bug on one of the pillow cases in the guess bedroom. I very rarely write reviews, and am usually pretty passive, but I truly felt this needed to be known, and I hope that these issues are resolved before the next guess comes for everyone’s safety and comfort, because it is a very cute place to stay.
I loved staying here! The location was perfect; only a short walk to the sponge docks with shopping and restaurants and literally across a street from a beautiful park and spring. The neighborhood is quiet. John was an excellent host and responded immediately to any issue or question. My only issue was that the listing indicated there was a hot tub, but there was not. I would have used it had there been, but it was fine without one. I would definitely stay here again!
My husband and I had an amazing two days. We live only an hour and half a way and found the perfect place for a stay-cation. Cozy and so comfortable we will be back!
Comfotable, cute cottage apt. 1/2 block from spring where we watched manatees. Walked to breakfast cafe and dinner every night. Excellent location and stay.
The apartment was adorable…clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Location was perfect for manatee and dolphin spotting! Springs Bayou was our morning walk and sun/ shade relaxing! The owners were very attentive and replaced a non-working tv almost immediately. Great property Thanks for sharing the apartment!
Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated! The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Loved walking to the park at the end of the street. Beautiful area. We’ll be back!
Adorable, cozy unit...very clean & comfortable. Quaint quiet street, but close to everything. Hosts were responsive & wonderful! Would definitely stay again
A few days to explore somewhere new , and the home didn’t disappoint, everything was incredible and such a beautiful home … the recliners were spot on after a day out. The tv was fun , having so many different channels. The beaches were lovely and the sunsets . The little town of tarpon is very quaint.
Accommodation was perfect for my trip. I was in town visiting friends. The location was very close to the restaurants and beaches. It had everything I needed and more. The home layout was ideal and the owner was very thoughtful about everything a visitor would need. Owner communication was ideal, very quick to respond and made access easy to check in and out. Highly recommend this property.
Peaceful living unit with all access to Tarpon Springs area
This property is perfect for a couple that wants to be in the Tarpon Springs area with all of the amenities offered in this Greek community. The property is quiet, out of the way but easy access to everything.
The living unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The air conditioning units are rather noisy but it would be the same in a motel room and, given the heat and humidity during our stay, they were running wide open.

Why they chose this property
Our main house is 110 years old. The cottage was built around 1925 and was renovated several times over the years. My son and I renovated the property about 7 years ago and my wife is responsible for all the decor. She does a great job.
