The property is all on one level, and features 3 unique room options to choose from, each with private entrances and private bathrooms. Pets under 40 lbs are accepted.

Unit C, is studio suite that is detached from the main house for extra privacy, and features a kitchenette, designated workspace, and living room area

*Queen size bed; pillows, linen, and 2 sets of towels provided
*Tall Dresser and closet; includes hangers, ironing board and iron, tower fan
*Nightstands/lamps; sound machine, power plug station, alarm clock
*Roku TV

Bathroom:
*Shower; Shampoo, Conditioner, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, tissues, hairdryer and feminine products provided

Entryway/Living Room:
*Private entrance
*Twin-sized pull out couch, side table and sitting chair

Office space:
*Desk, and office chair; printer available on request

Kitchenette:
*Coffee Station; Keurig coffee maker, assorted K cups, Sugar, filtered water, breakfast snacks, Set of 3 dish and flatware, Air-fryer/Toaster oven, Microwave, Mini-fridge/freezer, emergency first-aid and fire extinguisher

Outdoors: These areas are shared with other guests and hosts
*BBQ; cooking utensils available on request
*Firepit; available on no-burn days only
*Fruit trees; pick fresh fruit for breakfast - inquire with hosts for in-season options

Guest Access:
*Self-serve, contactless check-in
*Entryway is accessible using a door code which will be sent to guests around noon the day of their arrival

House Rules:

* Follow all posted signage on the premise
* Pets must be on leashes and supervised while in common areas, on the premise, also please pick up after your dog in the yard (doggie bags provided in your bathroom)
* Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
* No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area which is located towards the front west corner of the house (side opposite of the parking area).
*Please speak to us prior to inviting anyone that is not a part of your reservation over to our home.
* Do not flush items other than toilet paper down toilet, or use non-septic safe chemicals in any drain.
