Apartments were in a great spot, walking distance to the city and on-site parking was great. The ladies on reception were lovely, but I'm afraid that's where the lovely stopped. The apartment was situated up a couple of flights of stairs, so worth asking for a ground floor apartment if you have mobility issues. (We weren't given the option when booking). The apartment itself (#17) was very tired. Walls had been haphazardly washed leaving streaks everywhere that looked pretty dodgy (one pondered what had been washed off and none of those scenarios were good). There was no door to the bedroom, so don't anticipate privacy if you're thinking of using it as a 2 bedroom stay. The furnishings are meh and the kitchen area and bathroom are pretty sad. (i.e., old, tired and not well cared for. The bathroom in particular needs a good clean). There was 1 small round of cheap wrapped hospitality soap for 4 guests and whatever was in the shower dispenser (shampoo??) was a gross consistency and smell, so bring your own toiletries. Oh, and if you want anything other than English breakfast tea and coffee, then bring your own supplies too. Sorry I can't be more flattering, but I expected more as the photos looked promising and it was still more expensive than other 2 bedroom options in the area.
