In the middle of town, old charming villa in the 'ville d'hiver just below Parc Mauresque. 2 floors, living and kitchen on ground flor, 3 sleeping rooms and bathrooms upstairs. 300 meters to city center, market and 400 to beach. Private car parking. Sports Golf, horseback riding, tennis, sailing and windsurfing.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus hatte ausreichend Platz für uns und hat uns super gefallen. Es war sehr zentral gelegen und wir brauchten eigentlich kein Auto. Herzlichen Dank!

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison au charme traditionnel arcachonnais. Elle est très bien équipée et située, et elle garde la fraîcheur. Le marché quotidien est tout proche, les plages aussi : tout peut se faire à pied, c’est ce que nous cherchions. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très faciles et simples. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil et le checkt out avec Dominique, charmante. Une très bonne adresse !

Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille sans voiture

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cette belle maison. Nous avons fait le pari de venir en train avec des enfants en bas âge et n'avons pas été déçus. Notre découverte de la plage, du centre-ville s'est faite à pied, celle du bassin à bateau. Il y a des bus pour le zoo et la dune du Pilat. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse d'ajouter un lit parapluie à l'équipement (déjà très complet) de la maison.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement de Bernd. La maison est très agréable et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un emplacement très central, la plage est à qqes minutes à pied seulement, à proximité des commerces et du parc mauresque. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maison ancienne bien située

Le positif : tout peut se faire à pied, un stationnement inclus dans la rue, maison assez fraîche pendant la canicule car grande hauteur sous plafond, cuisine neuve et propre, des fenêtres dans les sdb, jardin aéré et frais car orienté N/S, une intendante top niveau, maison bien tenue et bien équipée, des volets extérieurs partout. le négatif : la rue est bruyante le soir voire la nuit de par sa proximité avec le centre-ville, la terrasse et le jardin sont très exposés au vent quand il souffle fort, le charme ancien de la maison peut être perçu comme vieillot au niveau du confort des matelas en 90, l'accès à la maison n'est pas de plein-pied mais se fait par un escalier étroit où passer avec des vélos est très difficile

Maison trés agréable, idéalement placée.

Maison très bien équipée, et très propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le barbecue Weber pour une cuisine en extérieure. Elle est parfaitement placée tout proche du centre ville et de la plage. Maison arborée qui permet un ombrage tout au long de la journée. Excellente semaine.

Haus in idealer Lage

Haus ist sehr individuell eingerichtet, was uns gut gefallen hat. Da wir mit dem Zug gekommen sind, war die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Lage zu Geschäften und Strand auch super! Sehr individuelles Objekt! Da verzeiht man Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionieren, gern! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Charmante maison en centre-ville

Une maison avec beaucoup de cachet et fonctionnelle, au calme, dotée d'un petit jardin très agréable, idéalement localisée, à 5' des commerces, de la jetée, de la gare, du parc mauresque, des pistes cyclables. Hôte très disponible en amont de la réservation et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Ferienhaus mit sympathischer Atmosphäre.

Die Lage des Objektes war für uns perfekt. Neben einem Park gelegen und mittelbar am Rande der Innenstadt mit vielfältigen Angeboten. Wer eine sterile Unterkunst mit glatten Oberflächen sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Wer den Reiz des Unvollkommenen schätzt und damit umgehen kann, kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Wohltuende Atmosphäre bestimmt dieses Haus. Und wenn mal was nicht klappt ist der Vermieter selbst hilfsbereit.

Sehr charmantes Haus mit viel Platz für Familien

Ker Avel ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage. Nah zur Stadt, zum Bahnhof, zum Supermarkt, zum Bäcker, zur wunderschönen Markthalle, zum Parc Mauresque und zum Strand. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ruhige Lage am Rand der Ville d'Hiver. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Garten, die Küche ist mit einem tollen Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Microwelle etc. perfekt ausgestattet. Die vielen Töpfe und Pfannen regen zum Kochen an. Außerdem gibt es einen Salon und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin mit zahlreichen Plätzen zum Lesen und gemütlichen Beisammensein. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und noch einen Wintergarten mit einer weiteren Schlafmöglichkeit. Die Bäder sind gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt genug Schränke und Kommoden um alles unterzubringen. Uns hat der Stil des Hauses augesprochen gut gefallen. Von außen sieht man viel blau, innen überwiegt unbehandeltes Holz. Die Möbel sind mit Geschmack ausgewählt und platziert. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und alle Abläufe sind ganz reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns für den rundum erholsamen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Maison cosy. Bien placée

Une maison qui a du cachet avec son plancher , sa cheminée et bien située pour faire arcachon à pied . Un effort à faire sur la literie , seul un lit double est confortable , autre lit double et lits simples très durs . Équipement électroménager pourrait être complété d’un mixeur ( on a fait bcp de cuisine !)

Sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus gebucht, weil wir ohne Auto einen Urlaub am Meer verbringen wollten. Für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene/2 Jugendliche) war dieses Haus perfekt. Vom Bahnhof aus war das Haus selbst mit Gepäck innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der tägliche Einkauf war ebenfalls zu Fuß möglich. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung hatten wir für ein paar Tage einen Mietwagen. Für einen reinen Strandurlaub hätten wir diesen nicht gebraucht, da die Atlantikstrände mit dem Bus zu erreichen sind. Das Haus selbst liegt einerseits zentral, aber doch ruhig. Die Fotos auf der Seite geben den Charakter des Hauses zutreffend wieder. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ferienhaus im modernen Design ist, der dürfte hier nicht glücklich werden. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich. Der Vermieter lebt in Deutschland. Der Kontakt mit ihm war gleichermaßen freundlich wie professionell. Vor Ort ist eine Verwalterin stets erreichbar. Mit ihr haben wir französisch gesprochen. Arcachon ist eine Stadt, die in der Hochsaison wohl insbesondere an den Wochenenden überfüllt ist. Wir waren in der Woche nach Pfingsten dort und hatten keinerlei Probleme, in den Restaurants einen Platz zu bekommen. Auch nicht am Wochenende. Das kulinarische Angebot ist sehr gut. Jeden Tag ist vormittags Markt. Wer günstiger einkaufen will, der hat aber auch die üblichen großen Supermärkte zur Verfügung. Für den täglichen Einkauf ist ein Casino - Supermarkt wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wer Sport treiben möchte, der kann dies "vom Haus" aus. Geeignete Laufstrecken gibt es ausreichend. Schwimmen kann man am Stadtstrand, allerdings sollte man auf die Gezeiten achten, da man bei Ebbe sonst in gefährliche Nähe zu den Fähren kommt. Die Bojen, die den Schwimmern vorbehaltenen Bereich kennzeichnen werden nicht von allen beachtet. Jederzeit würde ich hier erneut Urlaub machen.
