(No hidden charges for resort fees taxes or parking.) Located in the Signature MGM Luxury Condo complex, 3rd Tower, 37th floor. our 1 Bedroom, 2 bath Balcony unit is very clean and well maintained.
Free Parking (due to COVID if parking is full you can park at MGM parking lot for free) and no Resort fees. Luxury condo with unforgettable Mountain & Partial Strip Views from your private balcony. For your guests, a queen sofa bed in the separate living room with its own bath. Great space to relax and unwind from the hustles of the strip and casinos. The building has an easy walkway (moving sidewalks) to the MGM and is just a short 1 block walk out the building to miracle mile shops/Strip. This is a very popular hotel. Check in process is the same as a hotel. You do have to be 21+ to check in. Please check in at the front desk just like a hotel. Please have a valid Credit or Debit Card & ID for incidentals when you check in. Incidentals will be a $100 per night, $300 max. Incidentals are for charge back privileges or in case of any damages to the suite. As long as no damages or charges, that will be released upon checking out.

Amazing Views

We were in town for Lovers and Friends Fest, and this place was amazing. The views and location was awesome. Great communication with Tanner as well. Definitely will be back!

Great condo with balcony

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM signature. The views from the balcony and bedroom were amazing; loved the sphere! Very clean room and bonus was the jetted tub. Tanner was very helpful and answered all of my questions through the booking process. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

Great room and view

We loved our stay at the MGM signature. The view was amazing, the room was clean and we loved the secluded feeling of the Signature. The jetted tub was a huge bonus after long days of walking. We never needed to contact the listing owner while we were there but did contact him prior to our stay and he responded very quickly. The room is a bit dated and could use a new light fixture and dining chairs but it didn’t affect our stay nor is that really a big deal to us. We would definitely return and stay in the same room again!!

Very comfortable

The condo was just as advertised. Communication with Tanner was great. The staff at the property were wonderful. It is a walk to get through the property to the strip, so bring good walking shoes, and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property in quiet location

Superbly furnished apartment located in a quiet location. Partial strip view available from master bedroom where we enjoyed NYE fireworks in the comfort of our place. Responsive front desk who delivered cooking utensils and cutlery, and extra blankets promptly. Checkin and valet parking happens at Tower 2. As it was the peak season, valet parking was full for most days so we self parked at MGM parking lot. It was a short 5 min walk back to Signaure. Tanner is an exceptional host, and quick to answer any questions we may have. During checkout, even the front desk gave Tanner a glowing review on how kept everyone up to date on any changes. Thank you for a wonderful stay Tanner.

We loved our room!

Everything was great! We loved our room. The best parts were the views from personal balcony. The shower and jet tub was also another treat. It was a nice romantic stay. Very cozy!

Perfect place to stay near the strip!

My husband and I had the best time staying at this very nice, clean and quiet condo off the strip. Easy to get back and forth to all the action and have a nice place to head back to for rest and relaxation! Very nicely appointed condo with nice views to look out at. The only thing missing were wine glasses, and I maybe could have asked for some. We had a great time going to the new stadium and watching the Raider game, and went to some amazing shows and restaurants! We will definitely be back!

Property is extremely spacious, luxurious and relaxing! Near everything! Best place to enjoy a romantic get away! Our host was always ready to answer questions!
