Located on a quiet street, 2 minute walk from a beautiful dog friendly beach and a 5 minute drive or 10 minute ride along a dedicated bike path to the town centre
If pre-requested and approved, we are dog friendly (due to allergies, sorry no other animals) with 1.8m fence and a gate at one end.
The newly built open plan solar passive living area has white polished concrete floor and high coffered ceiling. Orientated so the double glass French doors capture the seabreeze in summer and the north light. With metal fly screens to stop the bugs but allow the breeze in.
At one end, the stunning stain glass splashback is a statement in the fully equipped kitchen.
The lounge area has a 65” screen television with internet access, ceiling fan and reverse cycle air conditioning for all year comfort. Behind the TV wall is the laundry and a second full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Large north facing double glass doors lead out to the private rear garden. Here is a bbq and a second dining table so guests can cook and dine comfortably or relax under the shady pergola. In the summer months, the row of beautiful Ornamental Pear trees provide dappled shade to the grass and rear pergola area.
For families, a separate hallway leading to the bedrooms can be closed off by a solid door. Down the hallway are four carpeted bedrooms and the main bathroom, which has a walk in shower.
Beds are made up on arrival with quality linen and are extremely comfortable as were manufactured for us to hotel standard to ensure a restful nights sleep.
PLEASE NOTE for our insurance and license, a signed electronic registration form agreeing to our T&Cs plus a copy of your govt ID needs to be uploaded on to the platform within 48 hours to confirm your booking. Access cannot be provided unless this is completed. All guests need to be registered at all times to meet government and council regulations.
CITY OF BUSSELTON (CoB) Code of Conduct
As dog lovers we want to remain pet friendly but all guests requiring pet approval will need to abide by the new CoB's holiday accommodation rules stating that dogs are NOT to be left at the house unattended.
CoB's other requirements are only 4 vehicles (inc boat trailers) at any one time, all guests to be registered and no visitors after 10pm!
These rules apply to all holiday homes in the municipality not just us!
We do have 24/7 external CCTV to ensure compliance and for security and a Minut decibel monitor.
We try to be flexible depending on our cleaning staff's availability, please ask:
- min 2 night stays
- min 3 night stays for long weekends
- min 4 - 7 night stays over school holidays
- no check in or out Christmas Day, Boxing Day or NY day
