Set in a well-kept suburbia neighborhood just a few blocks away from some of the best surfing areas in Florida, you will enjoy all the modern conveniences in this charming, well-maintained 60's built home. It is easy to enjoy all the colors and art that bring the surfer life right in the door.
The lounging leather sectional in the living room is the perfect spot to roost while you watch your latest video or surfing "footage" on the 52' large screen television with surround sound. With the bar & fully equipped kitchen no more than 3 longboard lengths away, you know you'll never miss out on whatever satisfying meals get placed on the dining table.
Each large brightly decorated bedroom touts a queen size sleigh bed donned in fresh 100% cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and a feather comforter, a full size closet, nightstand and dresser.
After a day of ocean surfing or playing in the backyard pool, take a hot shower or bath in the full bathroom. You'll find everything you need to keep you fresh for your next adventure.

Perfect Florida getaway
This place is exactly as advertised. The home is surrounded by palm trees and feels very tropical. The pool was in perfect condition and loved by all. Mattresses were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the beach is walkable. Capt Rick was easy to communicate with and arrival was a cinch. Our family of four (kids 4 and 6) would gladly stay here again!Thanks Capt Rick!

Aboslutely Perfect Getaway!
I can’t say enough great things about this vacation home! The location was ideal, close to the beach and amazing restaurants, yet peaceful and private. The kitchen was fully stocked. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

Capt. Rick was a great host - communicative & accommodating. The house was just what we needed while waiting for our house to be available to move in. Easy check-in to a very barefoot clean original hardwood and terrazzo flooring home. Very comfortable mattress with simple amenities. The fresh air pool worked great for this stay. Great private backyard and the location is perfect for getting to downtown Cocoa Beach.

Our first time to Cocoa Beach- stayed in the area for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely loved the small beach town. Location of house was very close to everything. Capt Rick was amazing with communication. We loved having our own private pool. Highly recommend!

Great little hideaway close to everything
We enjoyed our stay at Captain Rick's place. It was the perfect size for our family and in a great location. The pool and outdoor area is quiet and relaxing. If I could recommend anything, it would be some beach supplies, like a cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We did find everything we needed however at the dollar store. All things considered, it was very nice and I would stay here again should we return to Cocoa Beach in the future. Thanks Captain Rick!

Nice house in a great location for everything in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. Spacious full-features kitchen and living room. Nice sun room and big backyard. I stayed for all of February. The pool was too cold to use and the home was a little “worn,” but overall it was a nice place to stay. Captain Rick is an excellent host and was always available to answer questions. Once the tub drain got clogged, and Captain Rick had it fixed the next day! Towels, linens, pillows, blankets, and hand/dish soap all provided.
