Fully Stocked 4 BR House w/ Covered Deck and Patio

Overlooking a park with disc golf, tennis & basketball, this property is made for your group or family to have an amazing time. It has 4 bedrooms & 3.5 baths with two masters suites, one on the first floor allowing for considerable privacy and ease of use. Fully stocked kitchen as well! Its urban chic theme will get you excited to explore Charlotte and all it has to offer!

Spacious open floor plan downstairs with 10 foot ceilings - great for entertaining! Smart TVs in main family room and bedrooms. The home has a master suite on the first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs! It sleeps up to 14!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

Entire unit

Located near NoDa one of the hippest neighborhoods in Charlotte. Take a 5 min Uber ride there and enjoy restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Great for afternoons filled with mimosas and laughter at the Company Store into evenings of local artists at the evening muse. Noda is a great stop to relax and and enjoy good times!

If you want a true craft beer from a gold medal brewer NoDA brewery is also just a short uber away (around 5 mins). With a full outside area, brewery tours and massive selection of freshly made beers this is a must see spot.

We had a family gathering for people from New York, to meet up with people from North Carolina.We enjoyed ourselves and the space it provides us. The place had some things that needed cleaning, the dishwasher, grill. And other things. They were not able to be used because of it

This place has the potential to be nice but unfortunately it is not maintenanced and it hasn't had a good cleaning for quite a while. It had an odd smell when we walked in & the floors felt sticky. The walls, woodwork, & window treatments were dirty. As far as comfort very little attention is paid to details. The location is questionsble too.

The property could have had a thorough cleaning. Needs a new ironing board. There was an loud verbal confrontation from the neighboring tenants at 4:00 a.m. Also, the neighborhood behind the unit was sketchy.

March Madness Basketball
My friends and I spent the weekend in Charlotte to watch the second round games of the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament. Coming from out of town, we rented this property to stay at and it was great. The setup of the house allowed for everyone to have their own bed. The house was clean and up to date on its furnishings. The location to downtown Charlotte made it possible to easily travel back and forth from the house to downtown bars, restaurants and the Spectrum Center.

Marathon Weekend
My family all came to Charlotte to run in the Charlotte Marthon. This was our second time staying in this house. The size was perfect for our family and the location of the rooms provide privacy for everyone. We love the tennis courts at the park across from the house so we can play tennis and pickle ball.

We enjoyed the stay. Entery into the area where the houses were located was a little sketchy. There were a lot of people hanging around outside of the gas station on the corner. The house was very nice, plenty of room For our family and it was clean.
