Situated on a quiet street, you’re close enough to walk or bike to downtown Seaside’s shops, restaurants, and family attractions—while still enjoying the tranquility of a residential neighborhood.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space filled with tasteful beach-themed décor and vintage accents that make the cottage feel like a true home away from home. Outside, the fully gated backyard is a private oasis designed for relaxation and fun. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, grill dinner on the BBQ, or enjoy a family picnic at the table. Kids and adults alike will love the large cement pad—perfect for biking, roller skating, or playing games. There’s also a grassy area for pets and plenty of beach essentials provided, including boogie boards, chairs, and a wagon.

Ideal for families, the home is stocked with thoughtful amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. A market is conveniently located just a few houses down, and several dining options are within walking distance. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, lounging in the hot tub after a day at the beach, or exploring all that Seaside has to offer, Vintage Beach Cottage is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

Guests have access to the cottage, garage, and backyard which is the entire property. They are a number of supplies and activities in the garage.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
