Couples trip to NOLA

We loved this unit! Perfect for 3 couples to each have their own “suite” and all king beds. Dream come true. Easy walking distance to French Quarter and to a trolly stop. Didn’t move the car for the whole week. Unit is very well appointed and comfortable. The property manager and owner were easy to contact and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend.

Outstanding Vacation Rental

Three couples lived staying in Brittanie and Gerald’s place for our NOLA weekend. It was super comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. We would all highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous Stay

We had a wonderful stay in the property which was well-appointed, huge, and decorated beautifully. The Warehouse district was the perfect place to stay and our hosts checked in on us multiple times (in a good way!) to make sure everything was going ok. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic spot (I almost don’t want to share…)

Property is really perfect - essentially three master bedroom/bathrooms, two big and comfortable areas to hang out and two kitchen areas too. Location is outstanding. And the communication from Brittanie and Gerrard was outstanding from start to finish. First class experience all around

Perfect Location/Great Property

Tons of room. Walking distance to the event areas (Super Dome & Smoothie Center) and the French Quarter. Excellent restaurant options close by. The host was super responsive and helpful...oh, and there is a Galaga machine in the living room!

Amazing Property!

My friends and I (5 of us) went on a girls trip to New Orleans for the weekend and stayed here and it was perfect! The photos do not do it justice. It was so spacious, clean and well stocked. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and very accommodating which was so appreciated. We will definitely be back and recommending this place/these hosts to anyone looking to travel to New Orleans! Thank you!!

Family getaway to New Orleans

The condo was even better than advertised and it's easy to now understand why it has so many 5* reviews. Great location and the owners were helpful and accomodating at every turn. Highly recommend this place for couple or families.

Amazing!

We were visiting this beautiful city for a wedding. Three couples so king size beds and ensuites were a must. The layout of the unit was perfect. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. Beautiful decor and great views of the city. Brittanie was an amazing hostess!!!! The location of the unit was perfect. The video arcade games was an absolute hit! We walked everywhere. The walk to Bourbon street and Harrahs Casino were so close. If ever in NOLA we would definitely stay her again!

Incredible property and property hosts.

We arrived to the property and couldn't be happier. It was very large, exceptionally clean, and well appointed. The host was in constant communication throught the entire stay and Brittanie is amazing, considerate, and a true pleasure to correspond with. She had a little welcome gift waiting for us and it was well thought out and made us feel valued as a guest. We will definitely want to book this location every time we come to New Orleans. Great place in heart of New Orleans.

Apartment is all it’s advertised to be. My family loved it. The apartment itself is fabulous. And the location ideal. We loved having the games available, we all used the arcade machine. It was fun to be able to have unlimited free play and to learn new games!

Convenience, convenience, convenience

We are major VRBO users, we found the apartment to be thee best location of all VRBOs we have rented in NOLA. Reataurants, bars, Superdome, but perhaps most convenient was Rouses and CVS Pharmacy, each a matter of steps away. The apartment had a few minor supply issues but the management was very attentive and responsive. We will make this location our go to from now on.

Great apartment for family or couples with easy access to French Quarter and Garden District

Brittanie and Gerard were great hosts. The apartment was as listed and was a great place for a family with 4 adult kids to use as a base for enjoying NOLA night and day.

Exceeded Expectations

Upon entering this property, we immediately said "this is better than the pictures". The white bar stools could use a good cleaning, but otherwise, everything was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and I think we all wanted to take the bedding home with us. We had 3 couples in our group. We loved having two living spaces and kitchens. We had plenty of space to lounge and watch TV when we weren't out on the town. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, and it's not a bad walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Another great bonus is the grocery store across the street. It made it very handy to grab snacks and drinks during our stay. We would for sure book again!!

Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for a Birthday/Girls trip. The property was spacious, beautifully decorated, close to the stadium ( we went to the Ravens vs Saints game- go Raven’s) and close to the French quarter, shops, restaurants-pretty much anywhere we wanted to go we could walk. Thank you Brittanie for making another stay in NOLA a memorable one.

A clean, trendy condo with no detail overlooked

This condo is one of the best accommodations I've stayed in anywhere. First, it's ideally located. There's a CVS and grocery store steps away, and it's a short walk from Canal St., the WWII museum, the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus stop, and the French Quarter. Second, the condo is really lovely--impeccably clean, high ceilings, plenty of space for a group of fun-loving adults to spread out and relax, contemporary furnishings and comfy seating, and anything you need in the kitchen (which earns this place high marks in my book because I've stayed in places that don't even provide decent silverware). Third, the hosts are very responsive. We encountered a hiccup when we arrived, but Brittanie got it straightened up in literal minutes. Throughout my stay, I was able to text her, and without fail I heard back from her almost immediately. So, yes, my friends, my husband and I all agreed that this condo rated 5 stars, and we'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Perfect trip

We were celebrating a birthday and chose New Orleans as a destination. I found This property and it looked amazing. More than that, it turned out to be amazing. Great location, beautiful property, very clean and simply was everything we were hoping for. And then there was Brittanie, the host. From the beginning she was extremely responsive and continued to be throughout the stay. I will seek her and her properties out the next time I travel to New Orleans. The best experience ever.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location and was perfect set up for 3 couples. Plenty of space and we all enjoyed the arcade system while we were in between our activities in the city. Perfect little grocery store right across the street. On a quaint street with some great food options and in walking distance to the French quarter. The apartment owner was so very nice and provided us with all the perfect spots to hit while we were in town. And we were greeted with some lovely snacks and drinks upon our arrival. Highly recommend!
