Relaxing Stay
Would stay in this property the next time we visit Asheville. Very clean! There were extra towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen had a roll of paper towel, detergent and scouring sponge for us to use, along with the necessary utensils, pots and pans to make meals. The instructions provided were clear and made for an easy access to the garage and property.

Clean and spacious. Two adults and our adult daughter found this lodging to be perfect. Walking distance to everything, easy parking, well stocked unit. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Asheville

Very nice
This condo was clean, well-furnished and equipped and even had a view of the mountains off the balcony. It was an easy walk to the downtown area with quite a lot of restaurants and bars. Asheville is a fun place to visit and would highly recommend it.

Problem…
I woke up to ants on my bed sheets, bedside table, and floor rug in the master bedroom. I happened to have bug spray because my son was leaving on a camping trip. I killed as many ants as I could. I informed the host and basically received a “sorry.” In my car, on my way home, I found ants in my suitcase. The host response did not match the Luxury Condominium.

Beautiful Condo in Downtown
The condo was perfect for my husband and me and our daughter and her husband. Easy to have privacy and great for family time in the evening. Very clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, short walk to restaurants and shops. Good instructions on how to enter the garage and lobby, but the first time was a bit tricky. After that, it was easy. Even nicer than promised!

The apartment was nice, clean, safe, comfortable. It would be nice to have some storage wrap in the unit, as we prepared some food while there and needed baggies or aluminum foil for leftovers. Also, a place for recycables would be nice. The parking situation was inconvenient, as there were two of us meeting in Asheville. My friend had to move her car several times due to weird parking rules in nearby lots. She also paid for the first night overnight before we found out that street parking after 6:00 was free. Would be nice to include that in the instructions.

Weekend Escape
We planned a trip to enjoy great food, art, and the Biltmore. Having been to Ashville several years ago, the expansion of the city was a bit surprising but venues were great and is still such a friendly place. Loved the art work and walked away with a painting. The condo was a great place to relax, good location. Accommodations were lovely. Decor meant for friends hanging out for coffee, afternoon happy hour.

This unit was very comfortable, clean, well equipped & convenient to downtown ... However ... 1. No cable (Fox, Newsmax, CNN, BBC, Golf, etc.) on Living room TV. Current news & events is a MUST. 2. You need to have luggage carts in the unit. The many trips was an exhausting experience moving in. 3. Master Bathroom - toilet roll holder is broken 4. Guest Bathroom - a few tiny ants along baseboard 5. Too many codes! There must be a simpler way 6. Kudos to Maria for her promptness in answering our calls & coming to the Unit to investigate Living room TV

Great Apartment close to everything
We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious and clean and the management team was very responsive. The building itself felt safe. The location is right across from a bus station, so as two women, it felt a little questionable on the street right outside the building. Overall, the building and apartment were very nice.
