Recently remodeled, great location near shopping and restaurants on the West side of Austin. 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs, with a half bath and all other rooms downstairs. The home is a little over 1300 sqft.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is a step down from the entry area into the living room. The home is a duplex and the backyards are fenced separately for privacy. While we welcome children, the home is not child proofed. Please note that the fireplace is decorative only.
We are available by phone, text, email, etc.
The home is blocks from a grocery store, with plenty of restaurants minutes away.
Upon entering the home, there are stairs leading upstairs in front of you. To the side there is a step down to the living room. Please watch your step.

This was a perfect place. Exactly as described, the landlord was very easy to contact and his response was always positive. The location is safe and quiet and very easy to get to downtown Austin, the Domain and major roadways. I would suggest staying at this place and have already made plans to stay next year.
A very clean nicely renovated home that was a very comfortable stay for a month. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Location is accessible to all the local Austin attractions. The patio was a great place to hang out with the family and dogs in good weather. Allen Park right down the road was also a great place to walk the dogs.
We stayed here while waiting for our movers when relocating from out of state. Home was comfortable and clean. We had two young kids with us and it worked well.
This is a nice townhome that is very close to everything. The patio does not have grass for your dog but is large enough.
The linens and towels were nice. It has a cute Ikea kitchen. There is a little park close by "Allen Park" with trails. We enjoyed the stay.
The townhome itself is really well appointed: The owners have meticulously considered everything in there. (Right down to having Roku on the TVs, and some good books, dvds, puzzles, and board games!) It's very updated and clean, with generously large bedrooms/closets. It's location is also very desirable: Easy access to Mopac or183 (to go north or south) and points west (2222, 360, etc.). We stayed there during the winter apocalypse (Feb 2021) and the owner was excellent at communicating throughout a really difficult situation. He went above and beyond to help out in every way he could (providing some bottled water during the boil water notice, communications from the electric company, etc.)
This townhouse was absolutely perfect for my wife, daughter and I. There was a nice large living room where we could hang out plus a separate dining area where we ate. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils. We were able to cook several meals with ease. The master bedroom had a really comfy king bed plus a walk in closet and bathroom. The other bedrooms were big enough for a pack n play for our daughter, plus there were some available which would’ve been nice had we not brought our own. The house was not explicitly child proof but was definitely child friendly, including a handful of toys.
The only minor gripe was the upstairs could get super hot compared to the downstairs, but after closing the vents in the bedrooms we didn’t experience that issue anymore.
Absolutely perfect residence for anyone visiting Austin with their family.
This townhouse was perfect for our weekend in Austin. The location made it easy for us to get everywhere in north Austin. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.
Husband and I stayed October-January as our intro to Austin from Chicago. Great place and neighborhood accessible to all of Austin. Extremely positive experience all around including fenced patio for our fur babies. Bakery and restaurants close by; easy access North, and south via mopec. Greg was always responsive but frankly the house was easy and hassle free so rarely needed him. I would seek out their properties for future rentals!
Very clean, comfortable space. It had everything we could have needed and plenty of space for our belongings. I only needed to contact the property manager once and he was responsive and fixed the issue swiftly. Very quiet neighborhood but close to MOPAC. Walking distance to coffee, bagel, and donut shops! Would highly recommend.
