GREAT STAY
I really enjoyed and loved staying here, the house was amazing. There were no problems with the house, and we were all very comfortable! The only reason why I gave them an overall of four stars is because they had told us that we could check out at 11 am but the day of ended up telling us we needed to be out by 10 am. It upset me because I believed we’d be out by 11 am and not 10 am. Other than that it was an easy check in and everything went perfect!

Great Family Cabin
Our family getaway was a success. Check in process was pretty easy to do via cell phone; they send you a link and you just read the agreement, check off some boxes and sign and you're done. You're able to text the property manager with any questions and you get a reply pretty quickly. The cabin was just as described; very spacious for our big family of 16. We had lots of fun downstairs with the pool table and table tennis. The huge couch was very comfy and could fit us all. The only thing was the cleanliness; it wasn't too bad but could have been better. There were light fixtures that were dusty and with spider webs. The carpet could use some vaccuming. Just little things like that but nothing to scare us off. The lake is literally walking distance. The village is really close. There were stores close by, handy when you forget certain groceries. There were restaurants and fast food spots. Everything was literally less than 1 mile away. So the location of this cabin was great! All in all it was a great stay!

This property is in a great location. Living area and bathroom were nice but bedrooms fell short. The carpet was not vacuumed and the rooms felt outdated. We found dirty socks from a previous tenant in our room.

Great for our large group!
There were about 10 of us and we found the property to be super comfortable, clean, pretty, very well located near shopping and downtown. The upstairs couch was all the rage! Everyone enjoyed lounging around in the evenings. Affordable, well-kept and comfortable. We'll be back!!

Found a mouse roaming around inside the house; Poor communication with the property manager
Found a mouse roaming around from the bedrooms to the hallway and to the stairs. The management company was very slow at responding our requests to address the mouse issue. We ended up having to catch the mouse ourselves after about 24 hours since we spotted the mouse. Rodent is a serious biohazard and needs to be addressed promptly, but the property manager was very slow at response, and we, the tenants, ended up getting the mouse into the hallway bathroom and disposing it ourselves. We weren't able to use the hallway bathoom over a day during our stay. We sent an email to the property manager and gave them a call addressing the concern, and it's been 2 weeks, and yet, we haven't received any response from the management company. We came here to relax with our friends and family over the holiday weekend, and it ended up being a weekend with stress and worry of our children and ourselves being exposed to rodent infestation.

Great place for groups!
Our group was 4 families and we had a great stay. The house is huge! There is an extremely large and comfortable sectional couch in the living room which served as a great gathering place. Downstairs pool table and 2 car garage with an additional parking for 4 more cars on the driveway. The rooms and bathrooms were great and so was the kitchen. Hot tub was a nice addition as well. Laundry room with washer and dryer. 3 minute drive from the Snow Summit parking lot. We will definitely be back!

Wonder cabin!
This Big Bear cabin vacation was amazing! The location, the ammenties and the overall look of the cabin was perfect for a weekend with friends. Plenty of room in the common area as well as the spacious rooms. The bathrooms are beautiful and easily accessible from all areas of the cabin.
