Both bedrooms are located downstairs, each with their own private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and bedroom 2 has two twin beds(photos coming soon). Walk out to your bedroom patio and enjoy the great views of Bear Mountain.
Upstairs you can kick back in the living room. Equipped with a 55" flat screen TV, sound bar, wireless internet, cable, DVD player, and a wood burning fireplace, this living room is perfect for recovering after your mountain adventures.
The dining room has a gorgeous antique dinner table with seating for six. Make yourself a drink at the cocktail station. Outside on the deck, you can watch the busy slopes of Bear Mountain while grilling out on the propane barbecue. Watch and heckle golfers as you overlook the ninth hole tee box.

The City of Big Bear Lake Ordinance limits the number of cars allowed to be parked at each property and this number is clearly posted on a sign at each property. Parking more cars than are allowed at the property is a violation of this Ordinance. During the Winter months, when snow conditions exist, avoid large fines and the towing of your vehicle – DO NOT BLOCK THE SNOWPLOWS OR PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET!
Public spas are NOT allowed to be open, however we continue to monitor the status and as soon as the Public Health Officer gives approval.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
