Lovely property

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen equipment was good. We enjoyed walking around the lakes or through the park and close to the mountains. We also enjoyed the birds, especially the hummingbirds (we kept them fed) in the backyard.

Lake view home

This was our second time at this home. It is comfortable, clean, well stocked. The host is wonderful, easy to contact and efficient . Provided a new microwave immediately when the other stopped working. Very nice.

Home away from home

Communication with Cynthia was exceptional. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our six night stay was there. Chores at checkout were minimal.

Family Comfort

Came to Pheonix to visit family and to attend an event for the Rob Dollar Foundation (Our nephew was Rob) We are thankful to have been able to have an early Thanksgiving. Cynthia was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Perfect home away from home!

This house was impeccably clean and organized. Upon entering the first time the most wonderful scent greeted us! I knew in that moment that I was going to feel right at home. There was coziness and comfort in each room. There was such thought in the decor and furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you would need. The beds were so comfortable. Location was ideal, convenient and so quiet! The community lake is such a pretty place to walk. Cynthia was a wonderful host and made herself immediately available with any question we had. We will definitely visit again and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you Cynthia!

Perfect family getaway

This property was clean, spacious and located in a very nice area close to a lot of things to do. I traveled with my 1 year old. Although the property did not have amenities like a pack and play or high chair, it was still clean and safe enough to have her roaming around. Instructions for check-in and out were very clear and easy. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend this property 100%.

Excellent Vacation Home

I booked this home for my college graduation for me and my family to stay. It was the perfect home away from home. Along with the cleanliness of the property, the home also had several amenities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this home again!

The house is in a great location. It was clean and had some of the small things like condiments, coffee, laundry facilities. The linens were cozy amd fresh, beds were ok for a rental. Thanks for having us

Perfect Location

This home was perfect for our needs. With easy access to the interstate, we were able to travel around the Phoenix metro area and not waste time driving. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and it's community park.

Wonderful Host

Cozy and Comfortable Home

We had a great time in Arizona. The Ahwatukee Foothills house was very comfortable. We really appreciated the morning coffee from the Keurig machine - it's the little things that make a difference. And this place has that. Add to that the cozy mechanical lazy boy type sectional in the living room and I was a happy camper. Location is great as well. All-in-all, we'd love to come back and stay next time we are in Phoenix!

Lakewood beauty

This is a clean, lovely home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Cynthia, the owner, is very welcoming and made our check in/out super easy. She communicated information about routine yard maintenance schedules, etc. so we knew when they would be there and offered assistance if we wanted any recommendations on things to do or see while visiting. She accommodated any requests we had. The Lakewood neighborhood is gorgeous and perfect for walking. Grocery shopping (Fryes/Safeway/Trader Joe's) and restaurants (Juana's/CK's/Mod Pizza/fast food) are nearby. The beds and pillows in this home are comfortable, the plentiful linens and towels are nice, and there's closet space in all three bedrooms to unpack and stow your bags. The kitchen appliances are very nice and stocked with dish and hand soaps. Both bathrooms are stocked with shower & hand soaps, hair products and hair dryer/curling iron, laundry soap, and there's pots and pans for cooking your own meals. The WiFi is fast and the two large televisions offered several options for viewing. The living room furniture is comfortable for watching movies, etc. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this excellent property!

Cozy space

This home was very cozy and spacious. Cynthia was great to work with. We had an issue with lighting in the kitchen when we arrived and she promptly fixed the issue. The fireplace was inoperable, which was a bit disappointing since it was cold and is listed in the description. Luckily there were plenty of cozy blankets. The ice maker didn’t work (no ice provided) and the master shower door was still awaiting parts (I think a screw world fixed the issue). The home had plenty of amenities such as face wipes, hairspray, hair care products, etc. which was very appreciative since we didn’t check our bags on our flight which limited the amount of liquids we could bring. We ended up buying more toilet paper because only one extra roll per bathroom was supplied (apparently we use more toilet paper than most?) Be sure to check the fridge before you buy groceries because there were a fair amount of condiments provided. One amenity that would have been nice is a cooler for day trips. They had several metal buckets (decor) that worked in a pinch. Overall, a great stay. I would definitely book again.
