Quaint Summer Cottage
Perfectly located 2 bedroom cottage, ( each with a new full size mattress) with all the comforts of home. Full futon in living room which makes sleeping 6 comfortable. Capt Jack's directly across street as well as Matunuck Oyster Bar a few more steps. State Beach is walking distance as well. Salt pond in back for your kayaking and water enjoyment. Outside shower is complete and private with hot and cold water. Large grill is provided for guests cooking needs on patio as well as table chairs and umbrella.

Owning a beach home has always been a dream of mine. When i bought and renovated this quaint beach home it was to someday live here full time. With that in mind I took pride in every renovation and purchase for everyones comfort and enjoyment.
