Disappointing
Property was disgustingly dirty. What are people paying for as they charge you a cleaning fee. Toilet leaked, dishwasher leaked and flooded the kitchen. There was no mop, so we had to send an email. There was no coffee filter basket so I emailed the first day, but we only got it on the last day. Electrical outlets in bathroom and some in the kitchen didn’t work. Live wires exposed under the sick where water was leaking. Outside light didn’t work which was dangerous because you couldn’t see in front of you and our location was at the back. Toilet paper roll holder was broken, electrical switch plate was broken, hot water was tepid at best. Towel rack was broken and there were no hooks for us to hang towels. No water glasses, we had to go out and buy our own. The only positives, the beds were comfortable and the bath towels were nice. We have pictures if you are interested.
