Tucked away between beautiful forest oaks, Millthorpe Truffles is perfectly situated for a beautiful country getaway. Located only a few minutes drive from the historic village of Millthorpe or an easy 20 minute drive to Orange, the cabin provides the perfect quiet base to explore the region.

During truffle season (June to August), pending availability, you're most welcome to join us on one of our truffle hunts or simply light the fire, get cozy and nestle in for the evening with a glass of local wine.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Relax in the spacious living area where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio overlooking the gorgeous tree and truffle fields.

THE LOCATION
The shack is located a 2 minute drive from the historic village of Millthorpe where you can wander the bluestone-lined streets and find the well renowned Tonic Restaurant, Millthorpe Providore, Golden Memories Millthorpe Museum + more.

The cabin is an easy 20 minute drive to Orange where you will be spoilt for choice with exquisite food, trendy cafes & bars, parks, wineries and cellar doors.

Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
