A thorough inventory check will be completed with guests upon arrival and departure.
Building Amenities: Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, as well as shared amenities including three swimming pools, barbecue grills, and a gym. Please note that access to certain areas (like the gym) may require a fee, which can be arranged at the front desk.

All guests are required to provide passport information upon arrival for registration, in accordance with Colombia’s immigration regulations.
To support energy conservation efforts, only one keycard will be provided for apartment access. Additional keycards may be requested for a fee of 20,000 COP per day.
Local laws require all guests, including children, to present valid identification at check-in.
The building strictly enforces a no outside guest policy.
