Clubhouse and two pools on site. Hot tub at main pool by clubhouse. Main pool heated in winter.

1.5 miles of private streets to walk, run, or bike inside gated community.

2 fish and release ponds in complex.

2 bed rooms, sun room, all linens and towels provided. All guests need bring is their suitcase. Nice cottage for family, friends, couples, retired folks. This unit and Emerald Point is great for folks looking to escape harsh winter. Monthly rates available.

Full kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs in living area and 2 bedrooms

Guests have option to do cleaning with cleaning supplies provided in lieu of cleaning fee.

Good beach access locations. Short drive from Emerald Point on Thomas Dr to beach access on Thomas Dr.

Several restaurants within 2 miles and also Winn Dixie and Publix with mile.

Rates are much less than on beach rentals and they not have security and freedom to move about.

Rates vary by season. Check calendar for rates that may fit your budget by time of year.

The location was quiet and orderly. The unit was fully furnished and had all of the kitchen items needed with plenty of towels, linens and cleaning supplies, including laundry soap.

This place was super cute. The communication of the owner/manager was superb. The place was ready early for us and we were notified of that. It was nicely decorated and had some extras that were helpful!

Strong smelling Fabulous cleaning smell...But better than being dirty..Had to get air freshener to get rid of cheap cleaner smell. But place was cute....enjoyed it!

Doesn't get any better
This place is amazing and so are the owners. Very clean, safe, easy to get to. Close to the pool and hot tub which are amazing. The property is great, we just loved everything about this place. The owners are very informative with any information you might need to know and are great to talk to. Our family of four will not stay anywhere else in Florida when we go on vacation. So yes I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We came here for a festival so didn’t spend much time sight seeing but this seems to be in a great location… short drive to just about anything. It’s a gated community and definitely seemed safe and family friendly. The owners had great communication with me before during and after the trip. The house was clean and fully stocked with all kitchen and cleaning necessities. We were pleased with our stay!

Great couple of days of relaxation
Brought my son down who graduated from high school for a couple of days to celebrate and relax. Love the area this place is in very quiet and just a short walk to the pool and hot tub that was awesome. Would definitely recommend especially to those who want to relax and enjoy their vacation.

Vrbo garbage dump disaster
This property not worthy of a vrbo listing. The unit was absolutely filthy. We spent our first day cleaning stove refrigerator micro wave coffee pot etc. Refigerator drain plugged so always water puddling in side unit. Roff in unit leaked Just a bad experience to say the least

Tony is great to work with. He realized he over booked. He tried to find us another house. After those fell thru, I found a condo, which was more expensive, but he took care of all charges. And gave us other perks. This owner is top notch & I look forward to working with him again.

First, we were switch to a different home on the property because the first property was had some difficulties just before leaving for the trip. The final property where we stayed was not as clean as it should have been. Grit on the floors, floor not vacuumed, hair in the bathroom and on the kitchen table. A clog in the second bathroom when taking a shower. Had to contact the owner to find out how to operate the cable and remotes. No instructions for the TV operations. Ended up buying batteries to operate both handheld devices. The TV on the master bedroom did not function at all. I certainly hope these things are in better operation for the next tenants. However, the location was not bad, and the property was quiet. Not far from the PCB beach and St. Andrew's as well as the park. Eateries were great as well as visiting friends.

Great stay!!
My daughter, 3 grandchildren and I came to PCB for a baseball tournament! This property was perfect for us. The children enjoyed the pools and the convenience of everything including shopping and restaurants made our stay much more enjoyable.

Great quiet property
We wanted to unplug and have fun on vacation. This property is located in a quiet community that allowed just that. The beach is a short drive away. Property was well stocked and well kept.
