A charming studio in the center of it all and yet 50 meters from the beach in Sesimbra.
Meters from the fruit market , restaurants and shops.
This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional building with traditional staircase and all wooden floors.
Easy to enjoy an evening stroll or a morning run on the beach.
One can go for coffee downstairs or pick it up at the market come home, go to the beach. Come back early afternoon get ready to go to a nice restaurant for lunch and linger around or get back to the beach.
The season here is summer. June, September and October for us are the best months with less crowd.

Why they chose this property
Cristina and Michael fell in love with this Art-Noveau building while on vacation in Sesimbra. It was built as a one family vacation home for a very rich Lisbon family. Michael and Cristina converted the building into 5 apartments, conserving the old world charm and adding 'modern' amenities, such as bathrooms ;), but also WIFI, TV, induction stove tops and big beds!
