Comfortable and beautiful

This house has great views, a very functional floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a huge living room for families... everything you need for a great stay. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in the Dewey area!

Beautiful home and location

This is our second stay on the home. The location is perfect for visits with family that live on the same neighborhood, and the house is very comfortable and well equipped.

Very nice house. Has everything you need to call home for your stay. Pretty area. Golfing, hiking, sightseeing. Plenty to keep a person occupied. Prescott, Prescott Valley - variety of dining out experiences. 1 1/2 hr from Phoenix, easy trip

What a view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! The views were amazing, the home was clean and cozy and the hosts were responsive! We only used the home for breakfast and sleeping - but we were there for a celebration of life service for my Dad and had many family members coming from 4 states. I would rent this home again, the next time I visit my mom. ♥️ oh and there were many deer in the front yard! 🥰

Great Views comfortable home

Highly Recommend home. Very comfortable, well stocked and furnished, gorgeous views. Starting to show a bit of wear like most rentals, ice maker in fridge doesn’t work, be prepared to stream television you wish to watch as channels are limited. Very quiet nice neighborhood

View view view

This is a beautiful home with large windows towards the south that look at the valley below and the mountains in the background. Birds, bees, deer and hogs showed up to entertain. Beautiful master bath, well equipped kitchen and functioning everything. We had a couple of issues in the month we were here and both were taken care of. Recommended!

Bridal party

This house accommodations were perfect for our bride and bridesmaids. Lots of space for everyone to get ready and still move around. Our destination wedding at the farm was five minutes from the house.

Beautiful, serene setting

This home is so much better than the photos let on. Spacious, clean and comfy. Beds were great, the sunset colors painting the hills off the back deck is stunning... and morning visits (outside the fence! ) from javelinas was so cool. The yard is not big and we found a couple of pieces of broken glass and a rusty nail, I'd recommend scanning the area out back on arrival. The neighborhood is very walkable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home and a great stay

This house accommodated our family perfectly. The view was beautiful off the deck, the beds were Comfy and nice, and our family had a great time playing games provided in the game room. If given the opportunity, we’d stay here again. The only issue we had was not communicating beforehand with the management company on how to access the community pool.

Over view

It was very nice. We did not use the 2 smaller bedrooms, but they were very cool. Also, the bottom 1one third of the main bedroom door to go outside leak air and bugs. A person came to fix it but did not do a good job. We greatly enjoyed our say. Thanks to your staff.

Pros 1.Clean 2. Nicely furnished 3. Nice neighborhood 4. Quiet Cons 1. Information binder on facility was not easily available, it was found in a dining room draw. 2. Satellite TV with poor selection could only receive maybe 3 stations periodically. 3. I like hot showers and water temperature was set and maybe 110F minimum for me is 115F.

Nice house but lacking some necessities

I enjoyed the house overall but it lacked adequate towels, hand soap, toilet paper, wine glasses (which I ended up buying and leaving), outdoor furniture of any kind, and such. The view is beautiful but without and outdoor chairs you just have to stand. The bathrooms had half empty rolls of toilet paper and no refills. Toilet paper and soap are pretty basic necessities for a rental house. Additionally if you come from Phoenix you have to drive about 15 minutes further each way to pick up your keys. Not a great set up after a long drive.
